My husband and I meet in Angel Fire in the early 2000’s. We started our family in 2003. Angel Fire is a small village with no stop lights, tons of wild life and surrounding like no other. We love it here, we hope you do too.

Like most of the condos in Angel Fire, it was built in the early '80's, but ours is newly gutted! It's clean, it's comfortable, it's functional and very roomy. We enclosed the open loft to make it in to a private bedroom with a small inset shelf area. We made the "cat-walk" into a tiny spot with an overstuffed chair for reading. The living room has 2 brand new queen sized sleeper sofas and a brand new love seat. The carpet is brand new and a fun place to play games. We took the guess work out of building a fire by putting in an electric insert. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite counter tops and electric appliances. We have everything you'll need to prepare meals, minus any food or spice items. Both bathrooms are roomy with tons of storage and granite counters. The primary bedroom is connected to the 2nd bathroom. The bedroom has it's own deck area. In the mudroom/entry you'll find a bench to take off your shoes and an area to hang your coats. You can enter the garage from the mudroom to hang up your ski gear or park your bikes. The condo really has everything you'll need to relax! Come and enjoy the fresh air.

This condo/townhome is close to town and a short walk up to The Angel Fire Resort hill. Go up Aspen Street and head up to the hill. It's a close walk back to the condo after the bar closes and close enough for lunch.
