The property itself was as advertised and what we were looking for. It is not in the party zone, so it is generally quiet there and parking is a breeze.Minor nit-pics: The pool was smaller than expected, but the rooftop patio is great. There is a dog nearby that barks at night. Not loud, but noticeable.Overall, we enjoyed out stay at this property and recommend that others consider it when visiting Aruba.Thanks!

Great Little Place

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean. Love to relax after a long day at the rooftop pool. Would recommend and stay here again.

Aruba vacation

The building was newly updated and conveniently located to the beaches with a car. All of the kitchen amenities were new and included everything we needed. The pool was much smaller than the pictures showed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the beach chairs were extremely uncomfortable and small.

The perfect spot

Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. For us a 25 minute walk to the bus terminal and cruise ports. The kitchen has almost everything you need, including a blender! We will be staying here again on our next trip back.

Good for what I needed

Clean room, good features. My only feedback is that it would be great if there were a comfortable chair (plenty of room for one). I was there for two weeks, and the stools or the bed were my only options for sitting for long periods. :-)

Great stay in this hidden gem

Second time staying at this hidden gem. Opted for studio in back of building vs 1 bedroom for our two night stay. Easy breezy communication with management. Close to neighborhood supermarket and 10 minute drive to beaches, attractions, and restaurants.

Nice “Home Base"

Property was just what we required for our stay. We are on the go when we are in Aruba, and this apartment was perfect for us. The unit was very clean, the property management company was great and very responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay. For the price on the rental, it was well worth it. We even had a slight issue on our last day, and Nicole from the property management team was very responsive and helpful.

My Aruba Solo Trip

the property was clean and pleasent. the rooftopp was was very small and the wifi didnt reach that far. i have nothing negative to say about my stay. i was very happy with my choice. i didnt have any issues whist i was there. i probably wouldnt stay there again as i didnt want to rent a car and it was a 15-20 min walk to the town.

Spotlessly clean and conveniently located

2nd time at this property. Clean, quiet, well appointed and just a four minute drive to the low rise area of Eagle beach. Easy to recommend. Could use new pillows.

Great little gem!

We have stayed multiple times at the Solomon building. It’s usually been to extend our stay in Aruba when our property is not available. This place is always cleaning and well kept. They are very responsive to any needs and inquiries and are always pleasant to deal with.

Perfect Location

The property was very clean and quiet. The upper deck with the pool and lounge was amazing. The property manager I spoke with answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice place

It was a good studio to stay in. They provided beach towels and chairs, which was a plus. We were able to park our car rental right outside the building, which was great. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but good enough for the price we paid.

Maintenance/clenliness

The lock box for the room key would not unlock at check in or check out. There was garbage around the pool deck, pop top tabs in the pool, the refrigerator fan started making loud noise at 5:15 AM and after the 1st day the hot water was almost warm.

One night stay

I thought the property was beautiful. Everything on the grounds was well kept, the pool was fantastic, the roof top desk was inviting and the room was spot on. I had a bit of a crisis at the end of my stay and was helped by Tony, who made my whole situation better/resolved. I highly recommend the stay. Its worth the while!

Epic place

Very clean and comfortable, best stay I had in Aruba, very cozy and friendly, loved the rooftop pool and patio area. This place is a diamond in the rough. Great kitchen with plenty of counter space. Bed was so comfortable and it was really very easy to fall asleep on. Bathroom was better then we imagined, loved how clean it was and the shower head was awesome. Don’t waste your money on those resorts, this place was special and very affordable
