Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that comfortably sleeps 7 guests and features an open-concept floor plan. This home is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories with family and friends—offering the space and comfort that hotels simply can’t. It provides plenty of room to stretch out for leisure time and relaxation. —perfect for your stay in State College!

Main Floor:
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware—everything you need for a seamless stay.
• Living Room: A cozy space with a large sectional couch, a 70” Smart TV with Roku & Netflix, and plenty of room to gather and relax.
• Laundry: Convenient washer & dryer located just off the kitchen.
• Sunroom: A bright, inviting space with a dining table for 8, skylights, and large windows offering serene views of the surrounding wildlife. Enjoy board games, poker, puzzles, and even a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game for fun-filled moments with family and friends.

Upper Floor:
• Master Suite: Features a king-size bed, private full bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV. An office area is included for those needing to work, along with universal charging pads on both nightstands. A linen closet is stocked with towels, extra pillows, and blankets.
• Two Guest Bedrooms: One room offers a queen-size bed, while the other room features three twin beds—both equipped with 50” Smart TVs, desks, chairs, Fresh bed linens are also provided. Bedside universal charging pads for added convenience.
• Guest Bathroom: A spacious double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combo situated between the two guest bedrooms. Stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, and other essentials.

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway to catch the downtown Happy Valley festivities and the Football game at Beaver stadium. Upon entry to the kitchen area, we were pleasantly surprised to find a PSU themed gift basket with wine, snacks and drinking cups. There was a nice stash of fresh breakfast items in the refrigerator. The hoe was clean, and each bed had a chocolate placed on the pillows. We highly recommend this Host and the property for any getaway for Penn State festivities, Skiing or a nice countryside getaway.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is better than described in the listing. It’s homey and cozy, and beautifully outfitted for a perfect weekend. Our host Michelle was lovely to communicate with, and she even had the house stocked with continental breakfast items for us, and a Penn State gift basket. We were visiting our son for Family Weekend, and it was so nice to have a homey and comfortable place for all of us to spend time with him in a great family room and game area. 10/10 stay, we would love to come back!

My wife and I and few friends stayed here for the white out weekend in Sep 2025. The house was perfect! Everything was spotless clean, very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The drive to and from the game was only 10 min and so close to everything you may need to pick up the day of the game. Our host, Michelle was wonderful and went above and beyond by providing breakfast items and anything you needed if you wanted to cook at home. She even left gift basket for us with so snack, Penn state stickers and beer! So happy we chose to stay here and would definitely come back. Thanks Michelle!

The entire house was well stocked and very clean. Host left us breakfast and a PSU gift basket which was over the top. Great place to stay for game weekends or anytime you want to enjoy the area.

We stayed for the spring football weekend with our adult alumni children. It was clean, spacious and tucked away from the bustling downtown.

Wonderful Stay

Great location only a few minutes drive to everything Penn State. Spacious and comfortable. The host was fantastic and arranged everything conveniently. We plan to be back next time we're in the area.

Perfect home for a family

We stayed for a wrestling event at Penn state with our family of seven. The home was perfectly described and the owner even stocked it with food for us before we came. We will definitely stay again!!

WE ARE In the CFP

Penn State alumni and family in town for the CFP game. We arrived to a beautifully decorated festive and WELL stocked home. Everything was exactly as described but even better in person. Our host prepared breakfast items for us to cook, snacks and drinks and a warm, inviting place for us to settle in after a long drive. The sheets on the bed were sumptuous and every room was perfectly prepared for a peaceful family weekend getaway. We will surely return next time we

Perfect Football Weekend Home

The home was as described online. We arrived for our annual reunion and chose the place because of the larger community areas where we could all sit and chat. There's a huge kitchen island with barstools, large dining table and our favorite - a giant U shaped couch in front of the fireplace that was oh so cozy! And clean! (did I mention the house was very clean!) Being in our forties, we didn't want to recreate our keg stand/beer pong days, but we certainly appreciated the additional beer/wine fridge in the kitchen and cooler available in the garage. It was easy to get into and very clean. The host was gracious and provided some extra snacks and food items to help make our stay special! The kitchen was well stocked with all the extras (spices, aluminum foil, coffee, condiments, etc) so you really didn't need to buy more than food itself. They even provided hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/soap, etc. Literally everything to make our stay comfortable. We will absolutely rent from them again!

Best in State College

We stay here every year when our friends and family go up for a PSU football game. Not only is the property amazing, but working with the owner is easy and effortless. Take advantage of this gem. Just not when we want to be there every year (wink)!

Repeat customer, great accommodation

This is our second time to stay at this property. It was very well stocked, located close to the apartment our daughter was moving into. Nice, quiet neighborhood but also close to the school and stores. We did not have any issues but if we had, I am confident the property manager would have addressed.

Happy Valley home

Beautiful home close to everything needed. The owners were very responsive, and keep a clean home. This house had everything you would ever need accessible for a short or long stay. All the extras were much appreciated. The whole family enjoyed staying here. The owners were easy to reach and made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Penn State visit

This is a lovely house, well decorated with lots of extras and supplies. The owner was kind enough to stock the fridge with fresh fruit, eggs and several other food items before our stay. She was very kind about using allergy free detergent on the sheets and linens. I did have some trouble with the air fresheners in the house, but some people might like this :-). Beautiful house all in all.

State Basketball Tournament

This house was perfect for our trip and what we needed. We had three kids with us, including an infant, 10-year-old, 14-year-old. I did a lot of cooking and the house had everything I needed and then some for cooking and baking. Thank you for the lovely breakfast items and all the extras that you had to offer to support our stay. We did not require a trip to the grocery store at all, that’s a first! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The games and Ms.PacMan was an extra treat. We had a blast and plan to be back next year. can’t thank you enough Michelle for a wonderful weekend.

Having grown up in State College, we relocated back to Pennsylvania from Leadville, Colorado, a few years ago. We acquired this property to provide a convenient base for visiting Happy Valley, allowing us to spend quality time with our parents, who are unable to travel. Additionally, the ability to hangout with so many friends.

We have rented many places and understand the need for a good vacation rental place. A place that is comfortable that has plenty of amenities. One you like to hang out in, not just for sleeping. Close to everything. Wake up to brew your own coffee and not have to leave your room to go to a hotel breakfast bar. We hope your VRBO rental is better than a hotel stay.
