SUNSET VILLA is a newly built (2024) elegant and peaceful Californian-style villa offering all the amenities for a luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing stay with family or friends. With no overlooking neighbors, it spans 200m² and features a 4.5x11m swimming pool on a 1000m² garden.

It consists of:

4 air-conditioned suites with no overlooking neighbors, including 2 with a sea view and 2 with hill views. Two suites are on the ground floor, and two are on the upper floor. Each suite has air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as ample storage, a desk space, and large windows. Each room is tastefully decorated with a specific theme: Bardot, Ibiza, Yacht, and Cactus. Bardot and Yacht offer an unobstructed sea view, while Ibiza and Cactus offer a clear view of the hills.

The FLAT LANDSCAPED GARDEN of 1000m² offers spacious terraces and relaxing spaces. Coconut palms, banana trees, cacti, and other succulent plants, along with olive trees and lemon trees, provide a travel-inspired atmosphere and their shade for relaxation. Faux grass.
