The house was lovely. The beds were comfortable. There is a train that runs nearby but we could barely hear it. Gwen was very communicative and answered our few questions very quickly. I would stay there again! Thanks!

Mom’s weekend

Wonderful house, so comfortable. Everyone loved how soft and cozy the beds were. Hot tub was great and lots of great seating.

Bachelorette Trip

This property was perfect for our Bachelorette Trip! Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, and a great location! The only little issue we had was no laundry detergent or dish detergent in the house- we wished to wash some towels and dishes! Overall a great place and will for sure book again for any future trips to Austin!

Visiting for a wedding in Austin

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Clean, neat, stylish, travelling around to North Austin wasn't as hard as we expected. Great place to stay. Totally and highly recommend staying here. Worst part of the trip was parking garages in downtown Austin. 😆

Austin in December

Visiting family and needed a house to accommodate 4 adults with location close to everything. This house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and was easy to get anywhere you want to go. Host responded quickly to all communication . Easy to get into house etc. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect!

Gwen was extremely accommodating and in touch to see if there was anything we needed. House is very close to our activities and very well appointed. Extremely clean and great showers. Would stay again easily, and recommend highly if you’d like to be near wildflower exhibit, downtown or south Austin music and fun. Thanks Gwen for Al you did to make our visit great!

This was a last second booking, less than 24 hours notice, due to issues with original booking with another host. It was easy to book. We were worried about not receiving check-in information, which was the issue with the first place, we reached out a few hours prior to check-in time for the door code. The host responded promptly with the information we needed.The house was very clean and as described. The only things concerning were: pantry door off the track and leaning into the pantry, the hot tub was half full and slimy, and the water pressure in the master bath was very low, just a trickle. We sent an FYI message to the host so she knew of the issues. None of these things affected our enjoyment of our stay, but it may be to someone else. We reached out one more time to the host to ask where we would find the recycle bin, but received no response. Again, not a big deal, just threw everything in the garbage. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Everything met our needs.

Perfect for Bachelorette

We had the best time staying here for my bachelorette. The neighborhood is a little older and is half run down half remodeled houses but that seems to be most of Austin. When we walked in we were shocked by the size of the house and the rooms because the pics make it look on the smaller side! It was so spacious and we all are still talking about how comfy the beds were. The host was super accommodating too and responded to everything quickly. We loved this house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
