Wonderful stay! 100% as advertised. Immaculately clean and the location was perfect for anyone who loves a good view and easy access to the beach. The mentions that others made about the lack of hot tub light and the squeaky bathroom fan were helpful to know ahead of time, so they didn't cause any impact for us. There are house lights and the lights in the hot tub to help with entry and exit and it was perfect weather for is to crack the bathroom window in lieu of using the fan. Neither negatively impacted our stay and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Wonderful views from the home and the hot tub, easy beach access and a well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, the house did not supply coffee filters and the one ice tray in the freezer was cracked and would not hold water, we ended up having to go in two separate occasions to purchase filters and new ice trays, which we left at the house for the next guests. We were unable to use the oven as the door doesn’t close properly, which during the pre-heating process set off the smoke detector. Other than these issues, we enjoyed this house and would consider booking it again in the future. Thanks, Cindy Boen

House was clean. But there were ant traps set up in the kitchen and I had to remove them so my toddler didn't get ahold of them. Also, there was ant repellant under the sink. House is beautiful and the ocean veiws are maxed out. Very nice amenities and spacing for a small group of two families. But, I almost needed to buy a baby gate for the stairs because of my toddler. Luckily another family staying in Lincoln City let us use their gate. Kitchen is very big and the gas stove is great! Although, I wish I would've brought my own pans and knives because the non stick pans provided were very scratched up and one of the two knives were very cheap and warped and the other was very oddly shaped and hard to use. Also, the oven caught on fire when I turned it on so I wasn't able to use it. It's great that there was a washing machine but we couldn't use it because there was no laundry detergent. And, there were no face towels downstairs but two in the upstairs bathroom.Overall, it was a great time and that house was beautiful and comfortable for my family. And everything unmentioned was provided.

Great weekend getaway!!

This is such a great property! Amazing oceanfront location and close to north end of town restaurants, casino, etc. The house is clean with comfortable furnishings. Minor requests include: add screen to windows so you can enjoy sounds of ocean without worrying about flies, bugs, etc. and a light near the hot tub. We would totally rent this house again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Second time staying at a Meredith property on Roads End in Lincoln City and we will be back again! Nothing better than staying on the beach and seeing whales in the distance, sunsets on the horizon, and a blanket of stars at night. Property was clean, spacious, and well supplied. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Can't wait for our next stay!

Highly recommend

Great location with an amazing view, nice hot tub and a well stocked kitchen, we loved having ample cupboards/ pantry space in the kitchen to store the food we brought. Overall clean and tidy. Soap dishes or liquid soap dispensers in the bathrooms would be nice, plus a few extra hand towels and washcloths. We look forward to another stay in the future. Thanks!

Great Location!

The house was great and the location can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of plates/utensils. Overall we had a wonderful time. The heat in the bedroom downstairs was a little wonky. The cord was tucked in behind the wall unit. The blinds need to be replaced in the bedroom downstairs. They are broken and there were large gaps letting in light. The curtains in the living room upstairs were difficult to use. They had pool noodles zip tied onto the bottom to weigh them down and they were hard to roll up and get them to stay open.

Nice property but some issues

Overall the house was nice, remodeled for the most part and a perfect location right on the beach. The issues we had were multiple, and no single issue by itself amounted to a major problem, but taken together they impacted or stay negatively. 1) From the initial check-in process, the electronic lock did not work as expected. It didn't accept our code until the 3rd or 4th try. And then when leaving the property it was very difficult to figure out how to lock. The top button was pressed in and stuck.2) When turning on the fan in the kitchen, a rancid smell is noticed, and the ventilation does not appear to be going outside, or at least not very well. Cooking a little bacon filled the hole upstairs with the scent and we had to open multiple windows to create ventilation. 3) Knives were of very poor quality, and even after attempting to sharpen them did not cut at all. Bring your own knives if you intend to cook. 4) There is no overhead light in the hot tub area. This makes it difficult to enjoy the hot tub other than when it is perfectly light outside. it's difficult to read a book in the hot tub as there is not much light in the corner below the deck where the hot tubest placed.If these things were fixed, we would give the place a five-star review.

Information about the tv and what channels are available ,location of disposer switch(in the sink cabinet), and the quiky electrical downstairs(hopefully fixed). There also was a whistling noise from the front door when the wind blows which disturbed people all night. The grill lighter needs to be fixed, as it would not start, so we used matches. The PLUS side was the great ocean view and easy beach access.
