SUMMIT #304B 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master Queen, BR #2 Full, BR #3 2 Twins, and Queen Sleeper Sofa. This third floor condo has a big living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and gas fireplace. Full size washer/dryer.

Summit is located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot. Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades. The charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match. This Summit condo is the perfect place to spend a long weekend and you will not want to leave! Snowshoe boasts the most slopes and vertical descent of any resort in the mid-Atlantic.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants.

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Very nice condo!

Great, convenient condo. Short walk to Snowshoe village and the lifts, and there’s a shuttle if you’d rather not walk. Very spacious, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. They were quick to respond when we had a slight problem with the heat. We’d stay here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. I wish they would’ve specified clearly there’s no air-conditioning but we lucked out and got a mild weekend. Lots of room and fans. Has all the amenities like home for the kitchen. Owner was very responsive.

Great property in great locationI will note that heat was off and back door left open when we arrived (it was around 20 degrees)…heat panel did not work in loving room. Casago brought heaters but said they would send someone to fix the heat but they never showed up (it got down to -2 our last night and we could have used the heat)…otherwise a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the property and its location. We’d like to clarify that while the back door was found open upon your arrival, this was not communicated to us at the time but we have since addressed this, that is not an acceptable way to leave a unit for our arriving guest. The heat had been turned down and does take some time to warm up and we responded quickly to provide the additional heaters for the night. Our Maintenance Vendor did return to check the heating system the next day around 1pm, the home was very warm, and everything was functioning properly. However, we left the heaters for your comfort just to be safe. We do apologize that the first night was not as comfortable as it could have been, and we have since ensured that our housekeeping team sets the heat higher when temperatures are that low. We appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future! Casago Snowshoe Team
