A home away from home

The property is as advertised by the host, it’s a clean home, comfortable beds, with a great pool/backyard. The House was in a nice area, and the neighbors are quiet. We enjoyed being in close proximity to family that lives in Cape Coral. The host replies to questions/concerns fairly quickly. Our favorite thing about the house was definitely the heated pool that came along with some pool toys. We will definitely keep this house in mind when visiting again in the future!

Winter in FLA

This was a 2 1/2 month stay. This home is lovely and very comfortable. Patti and Stan were very responsive. I was able to entertain and have guests. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Amazing place

From the time we arrived everything was just amazing. The house is gorgeous they have everything you need for a great vacation. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and shops. Also Patti and Stan were great hosts never had any issues. I would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely rent again also would like to thank Patti and Stan for the opportunity to rent there beautiful home. All that was expected and a lot more. Our Escape to Coralscape

Coralscape has been our home away from home January through March 2023. We have enjoyed many hours on the patio. The heated pool has been a real plus and very well maintained. Everything you need is provided for cooking, cleaning etc. Outside lanai has very comfortable chairs and everything you need for the pool. If you’re going to the beach, toys are in an outside bin. Nice Weber gas grill. Conveniently located to everything. It’s a bike and pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Clean and nicely furnished inside and out. Patti and Stan are excellent hosts and respond promptly when contacted.

We could not have asked for better guests if they were wrapped up and given to us as a gift. Barbara, Jim and their little dog were fantastic guests throughout their stay. They were super friendly and great communicators. They left the house in wonderful shape and we are thankful for having them as our guests!

Wonderful vacations, wonderful owner … Patti is Amazing !!! We definitely will stay again here.

From start to finish dealing with Patti was a pleasure, she’s very open to any questions, answer my emails/concern with a prompt response, she was always in top of every single detail ( more than me ) she always make sure that our vacation will be stress free. About the house: is located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, everything I need was just a few minutes driving ( supermarket, Target, Kmart, Walgreens, great restaurants, downtown/Marine Cape Coral, downtown Fort Mayers, even an Urgent Care where we did our COVID test before getting back home ) The house is well maintained, super clean, comfortable, roomy and cozy with a nice beach decor, living room is spacious with a huge TV ( a nice selection of entertainment ) bedrooms are same spacious with TV as well ( beds are very comfortable, but pillows are to soft, just my preference, but we worked out ) dining room another nice area. Now “The Kitchen” wowwww !!! is super well equipped, has everything that I need and much more, 2 coffeemakers, huge Refrigerator, dishwasher, big stove, a lot cabinetry and every single one was full of things ( 2 plates set, glasses, wine glasses, knives, cooking wager, coffee mugs, kitchen utensils and so and so ) even the Pantry has some essential like cooking oil, olive oil, coffee, sugar, some seasoning, pancakes, maple syrup, paper towels, toilet paper dish soap, Clorox, anything I need to clean around the house if need it, etc, etc. I was very impressed with how well loaded was the kitchen, as well the Laundry room another place super well loaded with everything ( huge laundry and dried machines, Tide, Clorox downy, broom, swiftest mob and so and so ) bathrooms are clean with some basic toiletries, with plenty towels, also the linen closet ( yes !!! a linen closet ) was full of any extras that I may need. another place that we really enjoyed was the backyard/pool area, my doggy love it, nice and well maintained grass area, with a BBQ grill, 3 seating areas, but we enjoy it a lot the breakfasts table, was just outside the kitchen/dining room very convenient. About the pool, pretty nice size, with some floats and a extra big pool/beach towels. The only downside for me and this is just a preference the pool wasn’t headed, so the water was pretty cold ( even my husband kind of complain about it ) regardless of the gorgeous weather that we had ( around 83ish F ) we still feel cold. Overall the house is AMAZING, Highly, Highly Recommended. Thanks Patti. ❤️

Just like home only better🏖

We had a great stay with all the necessities and comforts of home with lots of extras! Some of the things we really appreciated were: charging docks and TV’s in every bedroom and living room, nice wireless speaker to listen to tunes in house or by the pool, fully stocked kitchen….I mean fully stocked, little baskets of “incase you forgot” items, we had a bottle of wine waiting for us, excellent communication with property owners, had beach chairs, coolers and toys, lots of pool floaties and goggles, and the list could go on! The house was very nicely decorated and immaculate! Beds and pillows all very comfortable! Will definitely be back!!!!!

Lovely home.

This was a wonderful stay for my wife, my daughter and her young family. It appears the home is just starting as a rental facility and I applaud the owners for equipping the home fully. Communication with the owners was quick and they were very responsive. Well recommended.
