This thoughtfully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is centrally located in Cape Coral, close to everything needed for your Southwest Florida stay!

Swim in luxury. The saltwater, south facing pool gets constant sun and is heated year round to 82 degrees for a comfortable swimming experience. Separate spa turns on and heats to 100 degrees with the push of a button. Beautiful landscaping, peaceful sunsets, and a covered lanai area will make this backyard oasis the highlight of your stay. Enjoy your time outdoors with a propane grill, dining area, pool toys, beach equipment, and other thoughtful amenities. Just relax and swim no matter what time of day.

The location is ideal to enjoy all the Cape Coral highlights. Within a few miles of the house is everything you want - grocery, shopping, restaurants, waterpark, golf, and more! Only a half hour from Fort Myers airport! Enjoy all of the Cape Coral restaurants, activities, outdoor fun, and more in this incredibly convenient location. Stay here to enjoy Sanibel beaches & shelling, Fort Myers Beach, Spring Training, Matlacha, downtown Fort Myers - just to name a few local attractions.

The home is light, bright, and filled with Florida vacation vibes! Three bedrooms are appointed nicely with comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, and guest storage. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig and all of your cooking/baking needs if you choose to make and eat your meals at home. Or check out our digital guidebook for local restaurant options, there are many! Rainy day or rest time? No problem. Each room has a smart TV and the house has a collection of games to enjoy. Want something more active? Play a game of ping pong in the attached garage.

You will be required to sign our rental agreement and submit a security deposit within 24 hours of booking, which can be done electronically. The $500 security deposit is placed two days before arrival, and released 3 days after departure if no issues happened. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8am. We offer access to purchase separate travel insurance.

Great house & close proximity to everything!

We absolutely loved this house! The layout was perfect, the pool was well taken care of, and it truly had everything we needed (and more). We have young kids, and they were always entertained whenever we were at the house. It’s also close to several beaches, kid-friendly activities, and plenty of stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our group consisted of 3 moms and 5 kids, and the house was perfect for us! The house had everything we needed, had enough space, and was very comfortable. Not sure if the kids or the moms loved the hot tub more! The host was also very communicable and everything was well organized when it came to check-in and check-out.

A fantastic stay at Coral Sunsets!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Sunsets. A great location with everything we needed close by (Target, Publix and many wonderful restaurants). The pool was absolutely wonderful and we spent many hours sitting on the lanai enjoying the warm weather. Each day we ventured out to enjoy the area including Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and Twins Spring Training, but were always happy to come back to Coral Sunsets to relax. This place is truly a gem! Would highly recommend!! Mike and Anna are wonderful hosts!

The pool deck alone is worth the stay!

Our family of four had a fantastic time at Mike and Anna's Coral Sunsets home during our early April spring break! The kids especially enjoyed the wonderful south facing pool; we spent many hours everyday enjoying the screened-in, bug-free space. The heated pool and hot tub only added to the enjoyment. Additionally the pool deck features a wonderful shaded patio space equipped with a grill and large patio table perfect for al fresco dining. The home was a wonderful size for our family, was spotlessly clean, and featured many excellent amenities (including pool and beach toys) to make our stay convenient. Mike and Anna provided thorough and responsive communication and have also put together an excellent digital guide to local attractions and home information which proved to be very useful for our stay. We would absolutely stay at Coral Sunsets again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent SW Florida stay experience!

Perfect Retreat

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The layout of the house worked great for our family - it was my husband and I with our teenage/adult children. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone while creating a cozy space for us to spend time together. We loved how it was so close to restaurants, beaches, shopping - everything we wanted to do was a quick drive. The neighborhood was very friendly and felt really safe - I took my morning jogs weaving throughout the neighborhood and felt very safe, while being greeted by many of the neighbors. We spent most our time by the pool (if we weren’t at the beach), or gathered around the patio table. Having everything screened in was so pleasant to not worry about bugs or critters :-) The ping pong table was another favorite activity of the week. It was great to explore the town and have such a comfortable home base. The beds were super comfy, the home was nicely appointed, the kitchen had what we needed. Mike and Anna are such thoughtful owners and were easy to communicate with. The digital guide book to the home and area was also super helpful! We will definitely return!

Perfect vacation getaway!

We love staying here - this was our second year, as the kids requested we come back specifically to this house! We have older kids - college age - and this house always just works perfect for us. There is ample sleeping space, with the three bedrooms, and the beds and pillows are really comfy. We used the kitchen every day for at least one meal and found that all the necessary equipment was available. And who can pass up the backyard?! The pool and spa are always the right temperature when we want to take a dip - perfect to cool off in, but warm enough to sit in it all day! The landscaping in the backyard also makes it feel very private. We love the location - the house is super close to shopping, downtown restaurants, and a beach. We love that we can get anywhere within 15 minutes. The restaurants are great, and we also enjoy the weekend farmers market. Our family loves the ping pong table - there is always a weeklong tournament in place! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I take my morning walk or run throughout the neighborhood and always feel very safe. This is a well taken care of home - Mike and Anna are very thoughtful owners. The accommodations are great, and if not, they are quick to respond. We will continue to use this house for our future vacations!

We upgraded the pool deck, heater, and added the saltwater feature to make the swimming experience comfortable and memorable. The house is centrally located in Cape Coral, with easy access to everything in the area, yet quiet and peaceful. The space is open, bright, and decorated to feel like a Florida home. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the area or just hanging out and relaxing, whatever your vacation preferences are.
