Under a peaceful Provencal sky, overlooking the Luberon and the cliffs of La Madeleine, the house is just 10 km from the villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussilon, Lacoste... all of which are among the most beautiful villages in the world.
From the house, you can radiate out and visit must-see sites in the surrounding area: the Colorado Provençal in Rustrel, the Sentier des Ocres in Roussillon, the Abbaye de Sénanque, the village of Les Bories...
The new single-storey villa of around 120m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, offers you every comfort in the calm and beauty of the countryside.
A welcome booklet will give you the keys to the house.
The light-filled 50m2 living room opens onto the terrace and access to the pool.
It comprises the dining room, which seats 8.
The living room, with its comfortable sofas and large-screen TV.
A library for young and old, with selected books and board games.
The kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking pleasure.
A coffee maker with pods and a filter for you to choose from.
A large adjoining storeroom houses a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and shelves for your use...
Two distinct sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom on either side of the main room:
On one side, the bright and quiet terracotta bedroom with queen-size bed.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, view of the Luberon, towel warmer and hairdryer.
Separate toilet with washbasin.
A bedroom with two 80x200 beds, also bright and quiet.
On the other side of the living room
A bedroom with a queen-size bed and French windows opening directly onto the terrace, with a superb view of the cliffs.

Outside, the south-facing terrace features a lounge for sunset aperitifs.
2 chiliennes can be moved to suit your needs.
