Our go to!

We’ve been staying at this condo for 7–8 years, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, the three full bathrooms are incredibly convenient, and the kitchen is well-equipped for all our needs. We absolutely love it here!

Large and close to everything

We love this property. We’ve stayed here many times and highly recommend it. Plenty of bathrooms with huge tubs, nice outdoor space, the front porch is covered and very nice as well. Ample sleeping space and the kitchen is adequately equipped.

Lovely and excellent location.

The house is nicely situated walking distance to both commercial street and the supermarket. The house is well appointed and we did some cooking and found the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is quiet and the house very comfortable. Christian was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We had a very nice stay.

The best house we have stayed at in Provincetown

This was our third time at this house. We plan to keep staying there. Location is amazing. The overall comfort is great. Its awesome to be so close to everything and also have such quiet home to go to. THE BEST!

Perfect House, Perfect Location!

We went with a group of 5 friends and there was PLENTY of space! 3 bathrooms meant everyone could be getting ready at the same time and get right out to enjoy PTown. The location is close to everything. This was our second year staying here and we LOVED it just as much this time. Can’t recommend enough!

This Place Rocks

This is probably my 10th year staying at this property. The house is in a great location and very spacious (3 levels of open space). The homeowner is very communicative and helpful. The booking and check-in process was, as always, seamless.

Excellent property and location

I’ve been staying at this place for 10+ years for carnival. The owner has been exceptionally helpful and I’ve never had any issue that was an address immediately. Location is great. Great for entertaining. I would highly recommend renting this place

Spacious and a great location!

This rental was far more spacious that we even expected! Christian was a great host and everything exceeded our expectations. We had a couple rainy days while down in PTown, and the house made it so that we all didn't feel cramped in there together. We will definitely be looking to rent here again!!

Another great stay

We stay at this house annually and it has everything we need. We love the location, walking distance from Commercial Street in a quiet cul de sac. The house is spacious and everyone had space to stretch out. We look forward to returning.

Love this house

I have been renting g this house for Carnival every year for the past 10 years. The house is clean, spacious and very functional for a large group not to mention a great location. Our booking, checkin and check out process is simple and straightforward. The owner has been very responsive if it is necessary to engage him. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

A great time

The house is lovely. A few things are different from the pics, but more style than anything substantial. The location is perfect, everything was clean and organized, and the house spacing is very comfortable. Christian was great to interact with. The only relative negative is the lack of beach equipment, but otherwise we have an excellent time and are thinking about renting it again.

very convenient

The property is near the Pilgrim monument, at the end of a dead end street. Easy walk to Commercial St., and there's a Stop & Shop nearby to stock up on food that you'll need for the week. There is a king bed in the basement bedroom, but basically double beds in the rooms on the 2nd floor. I don't think they were queens; we were squished in them.

Great Rental!

We had a great time in this house! The location was perfect for walking into town, enjoying the restaurants, and quick trips to the grocery store. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The house was close to commercial street and a very easy walk. It was spacious and clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the sun deck a lot due to rain. Chris was a great host very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable and safe.

Quiet and hidden away yet close to everything

Charming, set back in a quiet area, and extremely spacious, with a huge living area, kitchen with new appliances and great gas stove, huge lower 1 br apartment with own bathroom and 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Central A/c. We could walk to everything.. Showgirls was right down the street at the high school and a-house etc were just over 5 minute walk. Host Christopher is responsive and cares only that you are enjoying your stay to its utmost extent. Loved it!
