Wow - the place was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice and we hope to stay there again! Just a 10 minute walk into the heart of town. It is quiet, private and super close to the action and the beach! The view from the balcony cannot be missed!

A wonderful stay in the West End. This corner unit townhome is beautifully maintained, comfortable and high end furnishings, and well stocked for all your vacation needs. Great outdoor spaces, including a 3rd floor balcony with water views, and large outdoor patios. Ideal location, walkable to all the town’s shops and restaurants, and close to the bike trails and beaches.We will certainly return to the property!

This is an obsolutely wonderful property.

A perfect vacation spot for it's location and easy living. We were able to walk or bike to wherever we wanted to go; cocktails on the patio after a lovely day at the beach will long be remembered.

Wonderful vacation

I've been visiting Provincetown since the 90's and have stayed in all kinds of motels, hotels, inns and rentals. This was my first time at this location and is now one of my absolute favorites. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful and the condo is spacious with plenty of spaces to relax, outside and inside. The unit was super clean and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Beautifully sited condo

We really enjoyed being able to see both the sunrise and distant sunset from this condo. The corner lot can get a little bit noisy in the morning with traffic, but otherwise we think it was a good choice.

Great location, great place!

Four of us very much enjoyed our stay at Patrick's townhome! The two-bedroom property is well-located in the west end of Provincetown, across the street from Victors and Gale Force Bikes, and a short walk to Sal's, Perry's and into town. The house has a lovely patio with a fire pit and we enjoyed wine, charcuterie and the water view with friends on the balcony on the third floor. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, living area cozy (the fireplace came in handy on a chilly, rainy day), and kitchen had everything we need. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect townhouse, perfect location, perfect vacation

We've been coming to Ptown for 21 years and we've stayed all over. This new townhouse is wonderful. It is well appointed, has all the amenities one could ask for, is in great condition - what more could be said? The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked very well, and the wireless internet kept me well connected to the "real" world. Patrick was so easy to work with getting the home booked, messaging us before arrival, and even sending beach towels from Amazon.com when we merely asked if the house had any or if we should bring our own from home (the house now has 4 colorful beach towels for future renters). We didn't have any problems whatsoever, but I know if we did have any Patrick would have taken care of them immediately. And the location was perfect for us - very quiet, an easy walk to the gym, and a comfortable walk into the center of town (not too close, not too far - just right for walking off all those great meals, ice cream, and chocolate peanut butter cups). The only reason we wouldn't book again in an instant is next year we might need three bedrooms. Patrick, if you happen to have another home in Ptown with 3 or more bedrooms, please let me know. Thanks for helping make this a perfect vacation week for us.

Great location and unit.

Beautiful, clean and great location in Ptown. We loved our stay here. The outdoor space is fantastic and perfect for coffee in the AM and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend.

Even better this year

Stayed here last year, so we already knew how great it was. But the new sofa and chair in the living room surprised us, and gave the place an even more upscale feel. Everything has been wonderfully maintained or upgraded over the years. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A Great Find In Ptown!

Great West End location! Very quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, happy hour at The Red Inn, Tea Dance, going to the beaches every day and strolling down Commercial St.,were all easily done by foot from this home. The property has wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy any time of day, and inside was very comfortable and functional as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Better every year

We so enjoyed our recent (second) visit to this beautiful home, which is perfectly furnished and supplied for a stress-free vacation. Great location with an easy stroll to Commercial St. Awesome outdoor space and views. Pack small soft bags because you’ll need to carry your things up a couple of flights to the bedrooms. Everything is clean, new, and comfortable. We highly recommend, and will stay here again.

Wonderful

Stayed here 4 years ago - even better this time. Very well maintained. Everything as described and even more. Multiple nice umbrellas in the umbrella stand for the day it rained was a great touch. Fast internet if you need to work a little or have a teen who streams a lot. Perfect size condo for our family of 3. Already looking forward to next year. Thank you Patrick.
