Located in one of Hartwell's finest neighborhoods. Perfect for walking or biking. Easy access to lake. Covered Dock with kayaks provided. Covered back porch overlooking lake and firepit area. Large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play! Cornhole and board games available. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. Hartwell Marina and Boathouse grill is in sight of the dock. Perfect for family getaways!! No pet policy. Host lives in neighborhood so will always be available if needed.

Pleasant place to stay when away!

Very clean and pleasant place that is family friendly!Not fancy, but nice and has all the things you need and want! Our boys enjoyed the kayaks and lake!Plenty of yard for the children to play with the lake not far away. Nice neighborhood that didn't feel crowded.Host's were very nice and helpful as well!Thanks!

Fun before school starts

We wanted a place right on the lake which is exactly what this place was. We really had a nice time the place was clean and loved the use of the kayaks.

Family vacation

We have been going to Lake Hartwell for family vacation for about 5 years. This year we decided to stay somewhere new and we are so glad we did. This home was very family friendly with a yard that our grandson could play in. We loved that it was all one level and had a 2 car garage with plenty of parking. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back.

Home Away from Home

Our family loved our stay at this relaxing home. House is close to Marina, so renting a boat for the day was easy. Kayaks available for a peaceful paddle around the area. Beds were extremely comfortable. Owners were very responsive & helpful (mailed me some belongings I left behind). Would definitely stay again!

Family friendly, very accomodating

The home worked well for our family of teens, teens, and littles. The kitchen has enough utensils and dishes to suit our needs. It was remarkably accomodating for us.

We had a great time!

It was a nice, clean place! The backyard comes with a gorgeous view. It was a great weekend for me and my friends complete with grilling out and corn hole! We would definitely come again.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. When we weren’t fishing we enjoyed swimming at the dock, making s'more's, and hanging out on the back porch. The neighborhood is great for an evening or early morning walk and the host was so attentive. We hope to be back again!

Our son got married at Cateechee this weekend - this house was the perfect size and location for him & his groomsmen. The rest of our family stayed just down the road and it was so convenient being close to each other, Hartwell, and the club for several days of wedding events. Thank you!

Great place!

We had a great time! The house is so well-stocked! Everything you might need is there. We stayed in and cooked and grilled and had everything we needed. We loved having the kayaks to use on the lake. The lakeview is beautiful and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We also made use of the cornhole and dartboard in the garage.We hope to return!

A notch above the rest!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property! Great location, beautiful home, rooms were perfect! The owners took time to remember all the “little things” including all the extra amenities, simple directions and helpful suggestions as well as great communication between parties. They even included extra pantry and toiletry items just incase! Would absolutely recommend booking this property!

Labor Day Get-A-Way

Trip was a success getting young adult children to hang out with parents. Property worked out great and we used the boat dock and jet ski sleds for keeping watercraft in the water all weekend. No issues at all and would come back again.

Good Family Time at Thanksgiving

This cottage is cute, clean, comfortable and cozy. A pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. The two car garage is a plus, too. Big backyard. We will be back.
