THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES.

This second floor unit located in the True Blue community is quiet and peaceful, and your sanctuary when you want to disconnect and recharge from the excitement the area offers. Boasting 2 bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with two Twins, and 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and spend much needed time together!

Additional amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, traditional drip coffee pot maker, washer/dryer, cable/wifi, microwave, dishwasher, central HVAC, and so much more!

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Great stay in a great town!

We are locals who needed a place to stay during home renovations and this was the perfect place for us! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable that we are actually purchasing the exact mattress! The surrounding tenants were quiet and we especially enjoyed the screen porch! There is a pool directly across from the building which is so convenient! I highly recommend this unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with lots of accessible grocery and food places nearby. The rental had everything we needed for our quick stay.we will definitely rent with them again. Getting keys and returning them were a breeze. I wish there was more information on beach access provided but we were able to find one that was less than 10 minutes from the property.

Not Up to Expectations

Check in and out was very easy. The condo is on a nice golf course. This particular condo was very far into the property. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. The rugs need to be replaced. The rugs in the bedrooms are badly stained (even crunchy in some places because they just need to be cleaned). The area rugs in the hallways also need to be cleaned or replaced. The kitchen sink still had dried food particles from the previous renter. The curtains had caked on dust. The glass coffee table was not wiped down and had drink rings on it. The king bed blanket had hair all over it and was stained. The sheets seemed to be clean. The shower curtains had severe mold. We called the rental company. They were very nice on the phone and said they would send someone out to take care of everything. They were not able to switch our unit which was our first request. They even offered to clean the carpets which surprised us, however when we got back to the condo the only things they had taken care of were the shower curtains (replaced) and they cleaned the coffee table.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this unit for a 3 day golf trip. The unit was in a very convenient location for True Blue and Caledonia. The bed was comfortable. However the place needs some major updating. Also the kitchen could use a thorough cleaning as there were some cabinets that looked like something spilled and was never cleaned up. I would not stay here again, especially for the price we paid. Some friends stayed in another place and they paid the same amount and their condo was beautiful! Kind of a bummer to pay the rate we did for what we got. Not worth it!

The accommodations where excellent and the titdelife office was always friendly and accommodating. Condo was clean and filled with almost everything need for a stay of any length.
