La Grangette offers, on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double alcove bed (1.60m x 2.00m) as well as 2 single adult beds located in a mezzanine (above the living room), plus a sofa bed in the living room.
A complementary foldable crib can also be installed here if needed.
Its modern bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features an Italian-style shower and a separate toilet.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (TV, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher).
The living room has direct access to its private garden and a second access to its own private garden with a terrace.
The estate is fully landscaped with its secret gardens, small woodland, and a secure area around the pool with its pool house.
During the season, you will also have access to the pool, reserved exclusively for residents.
It is an overflow pool with two basins connected by an overflow from the bubbling bath (3m x 2m x 0.40m - ideal for young children) to the larger one (12m x 6m x 1.20 to 2.20m). The pool is heated and salt-filtered (no chlorine).
The entire area is secured with access gates and safety systems.
The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on favourable weather conditions.
Payment of the confirmation deposit implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale as presented on our website.
Confirmation is made upon receipt of the deposit, with the balance paid or deducted 30 days before the arrival date.
