Brand new townhouse located in the heart of Milford. Near beaches and shops. Have a comfortable stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A family friendly community with lots of open space and a playground for kids! We are currently located near everything: Large shopping area with Walmart and lots of eateries including Starbucks, Chic-Fil-A, WAWA and more. Tanger Outlets is just a 25 minute drive. Rehoboth Beach, Lewes Beach and Killens Pond State Park are all less than 30 minutes away. Lots of entertainment including Lefty's Ally and Eats, Delaware River Adventures, Milford Museum and Harrington Raceway and Casino. A place you will never wan to leave.

Great weekend stay

My wife and I had a kid free weekend. This was within driving distance to all the things we wanted to do for the weekend. Bike trails, shopping, dining, and the beach.

Great spot to stay when visiting for a sports tournament at the turf fields. Close to the fields and clean, comfortable townhouse. We loved it!

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at Lee's place. The townhome is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable, and there is ample space to unwind in. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and walkable. It is a short drive to restaurants and shopping and to Dover which was the focus of our stay.

Lax tournament stay

Perfect location to DE turf - 10 minute drive to fields but close to main highways that has every restaurant and store you could possibly need for a sports weekend!

Great Location!

We stayed at this property for a weekend during a tournament at the DE Turf. It was a great location with lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. The DE Turf is less than 15 minutes away. Alesia was great to work with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property.

So clean and convenient

Communication with the owner was so easy and she responded quickly with all and any questions. The prosperity was spotless and in a great location. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and the turf fields are close.

Lees place

This place was wonderful .We were there for a lacrosse tournament for my son. It was very close to the DE turf fields,restaurants and stores. The place was very clean and well stocked with anything you need. Aleisha was a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay great! I would definitely recommend Lees Place and I will be staying there again if we have tournaments here again.

Good for a long weekend

The town house is very cute and well located. The bedrooms and the kitchen are both good sizes. I can't speak to the appliances because we didn't cook, but the coffee maker worked well. Coffee was provided and some microwave popcorn and bottled water, which was nice, but there was no hand soap in two of bathrooms or paper towels. Would have been nice to at least have a little to get us started. Overall, though, I would recommend and would stay again.

Great location 10 min from de turf field

If your looking for a place near DE turf field this is about 14 mins away if the traffic is bad 10 mins normally. Located near a walmart dollar tree and movie theater. There are many fast food options 5 mins away. The home is great has there is an airfryer which is good. The seller communication was great. I had no issues getting in or checking out. My son who is 6'2 slept comfortably in the other room. Beds are as comfortable as a hotel. Over all nithing to complain about. Better than a hotel without the continental breakfast

Never allowed to stay.

We never went to the property. We had issues getting there and could not make it the first night. I paid for two nights. Because we didn't make it the first night and the phone number given did not work they canceled our second night. We had to get a hotel much farther away for the second night. They were paid for both nights. ended up costing me over twice as much and driving further than we wanted to. Now I see why they have such a bad rating with BBB.

Great spot for a family at a kid's sports tournament

We stayed here as a base of operations for my son's baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach. It was perfect, about a 25 minute drive to the tournament complex and saved a lot of money with the full kitchen. Very comfortable accommodations with a washer and dryer for cleaning up dirty uniforms. Way better than staying in a cramped hotel room. Very clean.
