Cozy home minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach

Welcome to our cozy home located in historic town of Milton! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our comfortable 2 bedroom home. We are minutes away from Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The house features an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, spacious living room and kitchen area. There's plenty of room in the backyard to play ball or just relax by the firepit. There is a gas grill on the deck if you feel like cooking outside.
Living room has loveseat that pulls out into a bed. Lift up the seat of the chaise to find hidden storage underneath to keep blankets, pillows and more nearby and tucked away. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi internet and stream your favorite HD show on new 65" UHD Roku TV. You would have to use your login information to get access to paid services like Netflix and Disney+
This is not a party house. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are allowed as well as loud noise and smoking inside the house. We have neighbors close by and we respect their privacy. Property is equipped with two security camera located at the front door and backyard.

Dwelling is very nice inside & outside and had everything you may need as far as cooking utensils, spices, etc.Very clean and cozy. There are a bunch of friendly rabbits in the yard also. The only downside for us was the road by the dwelling is very busy and we are not used to that. When I needed help with the AC temp Vladimir was very quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Place was so CLEAN! Always appreciated with a VRBO. It was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed! As others said, on busy road which provided for some white noise but it didn't bother us at all and we would definitely return! Host was also very responsive and helpful!

Amazing!

Loved! House was clean so clean. Beautiful and spacious. We felt comfortable and safe. House had the detergent, common ingredients, linens, and TV. We only brought some fire starter to roast marshmallows in the backyard. Will visit again! Very responsive and friendly!

Home was better than expected. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and we didn’t want to stay at the team hotel. Very clean, comfortable and had a ton of supplies. Thank you so much!!

Quick Beach Trip

The property was clean and so cute! Close proximity to beaches and amenities. The only downfall is it is along a busy road. Would stay here again!

Perfection for small family

We loved our stay at this great home in Milton! It was perfect for our family with two little ones and had everything we needed for our nice, short vacation at the beach. It is along a main road, but like a previous review said, it’s kind of just a little bit of “white noise”. Nothing too drastic. Thank you so much to Vladimir for being extremely nice and help throughout our stay! We plan to be back soon. 10/10 😊

Just as pictured

I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and two young children. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. It is right on a busy road and sits close to the road, but we found the sounds of cars to be more like white noise. The house is a short drive to Lewes & Rehoboth so that is a bonus and the grocery store is right next door. The one negative we noticed is that there are no cups in the house. Only mugs and wine glasses, but that isn't enough of a negative to knock off a star. Overall we were very pleased and had a good trip!

The home was very clean plenty of towels and appliances needed for breakfast lunch and dinner. The kids loved the couch probably their favorite part! Would recommend to anyone looking in the area, thank you so much!

Booked the home for a weekend lacrosse tournament. The house is well appointed and close to some really good restaurants and the beach. The girls especially liked the “mega couch” and decor.

Quaint beautiful home

Small home but beautiful use of space. The washer dryer is new, there was plenty of space for our things and the AC was updated. We had almost everything we needed. Sitting on the deck was peaceful out back. Not a downside for those used to the city, but it's tucked on a busy morning road. Less traffic at night but if you're used to absolute quiet and crickets, you won't be able to tolerate the sounds of semis rushing by. If you are used to these sounds it's almost therapeutic because it is muffled inside the home. Only a few downsides: ice machine is broken. If you need more ice than 12 cubes, you should bring it. There are no wash clothes or dish towels in the home, just bath towels, so you'll need to bring your own (unless he updates this); and no toaster for basic breakfast. Bonuses: Nice amount of closet space, lots of parking and backyard space, and he fully loads some basic coffee with the Keurig. Young children's books are available and checkers to have fun games.

Great little place located near the DE beaches and other attractions

Great place, perfect for our group of 3 adults. Easy drive to Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches, great restaurants and other DE attractions. We loved visiting the local breweries and the lavendar farm. The house is lovely, very well designed and updated, beautifully furnished and decorated. Easy to relax and filled with all you need for a getaway vacation. A great ouside deck for enjoying morning coffee and late night beverage. We loved staying here and want to return. It is located on a busy road, however the large parking pad makes it easy to navigate. Host is fabulous and makes communication easy. Next time, we want to stay longer than 3 days!
