As soon as you enter this cozy cabin, you're welcomed by a thoughtfully designed, open-plan living area, designed and furnished with modern amenities and vintage touches that span throughout the entire interior of this recently remodeled gambrel style cabin.

The overall vibe throughout the cabin is “bringing the outside in” with a mix of natural elements like natural wood, stone, warm moody lighting, organic textiles and olive green accents. All of the unique details shape the charming setting that we hope stay with you long after you leave.

The fully equipped kitchen and its dining area are nestled by the living room with an intimate fireplace, setting the tone for many memorable evenings with your loved ones. Sun shines through our large windows and doors throughout the day, making the entire space warm and bright.

But the best is yet to come – step outside in the private backyard to enjoy a relaxing setting full of elevated amenities.

Other things to note:
We kindly ask that you read the house rules in full before booking to ensure everyone has a safe and relaxing stay. However, we've rounded up the most important items below.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Trash & Dirty Dishes:
Please be sure to wash any dirty dishes and put away where originally found. We also ask that you bag up all of your trash and place in the black trash bin by the driveway before checkout. Guest acknowledges that there will be a $30 dish washing fee and a $30 trash fee if trash isn't collected, bagged and placed in outside trash bin.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

Security Deposit:
If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250.

No Animals:
Pets are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee, in addition to damages including additional cleaning and or any lost revenue.

No Parties:
Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. We have full-time neighbors on our serene street that will not tolerate such activities.

Respect our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 PM – 7 AM, which also includes backyard lights to be turned off at 10 PM prompt. Guest agrees to pay any/all fines issued to the Host by the San Bernardino Sheriff’s and/or County Code Compliance for noise disturbances, over occupancy, or any other violation pertaining to the guest stay at the cabin.

Security Exterior Cameras:
Please note that for your safety and the safety of our property, two (2) exterior cameras are installed and monitor the exterior of the property (including the driveway, front door and backyard- not facing hot tub, only the exterior entrance for safety purposes). Your booking constitutes understanding and acceptance of all recordings. Any attempt to turn off, disable, move, re-direct, and/or cover the cameras is prohibited and will result in the cancelation of your reservation without a refund.
