Wonderful location in Ma’alaea Bay

Great location right near the beach. Loved the first floor unit and the walk out of the slider. Unit had everything we needed for our stay in Maui. Had a great time!

Vacation sweet spot

Here’s your text rewritten as a polished review:⸻We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — right on the beach, in a quiet area with very little traffic. It’s an easy walk or quick drive to a couple of great coffee shops and even an aquarium just around the corner.The apartment itself was spotless and well maintained. With the pull-out mattress, all four of us slept comfortably. There was plenty of dishware and cleaning supplies available, which made things so convenient.We also really appreciated the clear instructions provided throughout our stay — we never had to wonder what we needed to do. Overall, a great experience!

Great place for family vacation

Terrific location and beach access. Each room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly owner and facility Manager. Great spot if you like to walk on the beach. You can walk from the complex all the way to Kihei on the beach.

There's a little hideaway.....

This condo is very well set up for a wheelchair user traveling with a companion. Toilet, roll-in shower, sink and closet well thought out. The condo is the further set back of the complex but has a private yard area off the lanai. Due to location, the car, the laundry, and access is really easy. No stairs. The park right next door, miles of beach with out many people; private, Nice Hawaiian style. Great space for family, central to the island in a quiet area away from bustle. Restaurants, whale watches, boat charters, the Maui Ocean Center easy walk. We had a lovely stay.

Beachfront getaway in Maalaea

We had a wonderful stay at Jon’s place. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps from the beach, which during our stay was very private. We are a family of five with young children and were very comfortable. The unit came with everything we needed i.e. linens, towels, beach chairs and a well stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils etc). We look forward to a return visit!

Satisfied Costumers

The unit is perfectly accessible - the room & bathroom are spacious. There’s enough room to maneuver a power wheelchair. The roll in shower is perfect! The only problem is the unit is next to a parking lot of a park and it gets really noisy at night. Overall, the whole property is a thumb’s up!

Nice Spot on Beach - Difficult Sleep

Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is short walk to the beach which was very nice. The apartment itself is not in great shape as much of it is outdated, the AC worked very well though. Biggest complaint was the noise from the bathroom and the roosters that were directly outside of the building. The roosters would crow starting at 4 AM and made sleeping nearly impossible for my family and I. It caused such a disturbance that we ended up leaving early and finding another place to stay.

Owner Jon Toda was very accommodating for early check in and late check out, because of our flight schedule.We enjoyed the quite atmosphere and beautiful landscaped grounds located next to a beautiful beach area.The only complaint was we couldnt make use of the on site laundry as it didn’t accept $ and used a app that required payment with a credit card and the app only accepted American issued credit cards,Which was a little surprising as many Canadian and other foreign citizens visit Maui on a regular basis. Overall I would stay here again.

Maui Condo

Lovely and cozy condo with great access to the bay and beautiful pool. Clean and refreshing! Would definitely stay here again. Handicap access was very efficient. Jon was very nice and detail oriented.

Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Laundry was not inside unit but laundry soap was provided. Beds and linens were very nice. The public park right next to unit was a plus but also a negative for loud music a few nights.

Just OK Property

The condo itself was clean and had the basic necessities. It served its purpose. We had to do laundry to clean our towels and buy toilet paper. The unit is next to beach access and there were some very undesirable people in this area quite a bit of the time. Made me uncomfortable enough that my daughter and I did not go out at dark alone and I am not an overprotective person.

Wonderful Property

We loved this location! The property is so convenient - just steps away from a beautiful beach with great swimming and snorkeling. The beach also extends for miles to the East, great for an early morning walk or run in relative solitude with the sun rising over Haleakala. A short walk to the outstanding Maui aquarium and a small shopping center with shave ice and a few restaurants. Maalaea is actually pretty centrally located too. The condo was really clean, cosy, and practical. The lanai looks out on the neighboring beach park and ocean. The condo is also right next to the laundry area (not noisy at all, but rather highly convenient). Jon Toda, the property manager, was super responsive and friendly. Mahalo!

Great location

The property is very pretty with lots of flowers. It is at the end of the street so fairly quiet. The condominium itself is in the back of the property, but the beach is only steps away. The beach is very secluded and we enjoyed wonderful quiet, sunrises and sunsets. We had very heavy rains and water came into one of the bedrooms from around the baseboards. Hopefully this has been fixed. The interior could use some updating, but was clean and functional. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful and well appointed condo!! Many extras provided like beach umbrella and chairs, boogie board. Kitchen was stocked nicely with many cooking utensils and common spices needed for preparing meals. Owner communicated well and responded quickly to any questions abd/or needs that we had during the stay. This condo is centrally located and in a quiet complex right by a beautiful beach!!! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms everyone had privacy during our family vacation. A great place to stay!!!!

It makes a difference to be at a property right on the sandy beach. This low-rise condominium has a swimming pool and a nice grassy lawn with lawn chairs and a BBQ area with gas grills - all right on the beach! During whale season you can see whales playing just offshore.
