Beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse on the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa. This home is fully furnished to the highest standards and provides all you could want for the perfect family holiday! The living area offers a bright open space for dining and relaxing with high quality coordinated furniture. It has a large flat screen TV with cable channels. A number of DVD's and board games are provided. The open kitchen area has all the appliances and utensils needed for the expert cook and has a phone to order take-aways for those who don't cook! A children's high chair, play pen and stroller is available. The first floor has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and 3 additional bedrooms; the master and 2 twin rooms. The master has a King bed, flat screen TV, wardrobes and en-suite with oval bath, shower and toilet. The spacious 2 twin rooms have flat screen TV's 1 twin bed and a bunk bed. The Queen bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite with bath, shower and toilet. This home has no rear neighbors. The resort offers lagoon swimming pools, lazy river, slide and play area as well as clubhouse, game room, gym and spa. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are all within walking distance. Adjacent to the superb Highlands Reserve golf course (par 72) where preferential rates are available. All major attractions within 15 mins. Perfect for a family holiday! The resort has a 24 hour reception, clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving food and drinks from breakfast until late, both inside and outside on the terrace overlooking the pool area. The area is Wi-Fi enabled, has an internet room, games room, fully equipped gym and spa. There is a $20 Per Day/Per House Resort Fee plus tax, which is payable directly To Regal Palms upon your Check in. Pool towels are available in the property. If you prefer to bring your own, that is fine. If you use the Resort Pool Towels you will need to pay a Deposit for Each Towel.

The owner was quick to answer questions and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It's in a great neighborhood with everything we needed close by. We enjoyed our stay here!

The condo was nice. The bedrooms were as stated. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. It could use some sort of baking pan or pizza pan. The coffee table in the living room was sticky and would not wipe off. One of our guests has some leg disabilities and cannot walk far distances. We chose this condo because of the amenities. Especially the pool area. This guest was not able to visit the theme parks on a daily basis and planned to spend those days at the pool. Upon arrival we discovered that the pool was .6 miles away from the condo. This guest was not able to walk to and from the pool without assistance from someone in the group pushing her in a wheelchair there. Because she did not want to make someone stay back from the theme parks, she spent 2 days alone in the condo. The hosts were very responsive. We asked for a spatula for the kitchen, and they delivered it that night. The back patio area was okay. It did have chairs. The view was of a fence and several air conditioners that when they went on were very loud. Thank you.

This property was amazing!!! Carolina was awesome ! The townhouse was spacious and had plenty of room! The kids loved it! The adults loved it even more!!! Indoor laundry unit came in handy especially with the little ones. The amenities that came with the property was such a steal!!!

Very spacious and clean. Everyone had a comfort bed an the amenities were great. Will definitely do it again. I would suggest being a little more specific as to how far away from the parks like Disney and universal it actually is. It is much more then “just minutes from the parks” like advertised. It’s actually 35 and 25 minutes from the parks. Had I known it was that far i probably would have found something closer. But the stay was flawless. Thank you so much.

After 4 years of planning and saving for a family fun vacation I was able to find this beautiful place that could accommodate my family of seven all ranging in ages from 9 to 40. Everyone had their own space, and a large enough family common area for all of us to be together. The resort pool had a wonderful spa to soak in, a really fun slide my whole enjoyed and a lazy river that kept us moving. Our hosts were very quick to answer any of my questions and made the check in process easy. Everything at the home was there that we needed , even with extras like family games. Disneyworld wasnt too far, depending on time of day and traffic, the beach was only a few toll roads away about an 1.5 hours away. And we even made it out to Crystal Lake to swim with manatees. Overall the location, the amenities and our hosts made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The Hoffman’s and their home were wonderful and 5 stars. The home was clean and provided all we need. The Hoffman’s were quick to answer all our needs. They checked on us to ensure all things went well throughout our stay. We had all we needed and weee comfortable the whole time. As far as the actual resort beware if you bring more than 2 cars you will be charged for extra parking if you cannot fit all cars in the parking square without touching the grass or street. The pool and wave pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos but are good enough. It just becomes fairly crowded. The water was pretty chilly too at night. The late night staff that checked us in did not give us the towel card. Most staff were friendly but some complained about their coworkers and even a bit about guests and their parking. We did not use the restaurant or anything else. Getting in to the gate confuses everyone as well.

Furniture in the unit was worn but served its purpose. Arcade was "meh" according to my son. We primarily stayed at this property for the lazy river, proximity to theme parks, value for space

Beautiful Resort

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is in a good location with stores close by. I would stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house is great, just as listed. The resort amenities were amazing, my kids loved the pool area. The location was also fantastic being near everything we needed and an easy drive to and from Disney. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of 5 originally from Chicago, 3 children ages 17, 12 and 7. We enjoy coming out to our home at Regal Palms for the past 5 years and enjoy relaxing at the pool. We like the proximity to the theme parks and tourist locations. When we come to stay at our home we find it hard to have to return, but know that the memories we made as a family will stay with us forever. We welcome families to stay and enjoy their time in our home so they too can create memories of their own.
