The space
This modern 8-bedroom home has 6.5 bathrooms that accommodates 18 guests with 13 beds. It’s perfect for families or groups traveling to Orlando to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. This incredible resort home is located in Encore Resort at Reunion Community, one of Orlando’s most amazing resort-vacation destinations loaded with amenities, fun family activities, on-site restaurants and concierge services.

- A modern spacious living room on the ground floor nicely decorated with TV.

- Dining room space with an large wood dining table that seats 10 comfortably for a sit-down meal, with direct access to the backyard pool and patio area from the back dining room.
- A laundry closet with a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.
- A huge and amazing backyard with a pool and jacuzzi, basketball pool game, sun loungers, four chairs with a firepit, grass yard, swing set for children and patio area with outdoor sofas, table and chairs for outdoor dining for BBQ nights. There is a pool fence installed for security as well as a pool door alarm.
- A Themed Pacman Game Room with 2 arcade machines, 2 consoles with PS4 and XBOX with Wireless controllers, TV, two game chairs, one airhockey table, one pool table and one soccer table

Wifi and cable, parking, bed linens, and bathroom towels adn pool towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

There’s also a pack & play and high chair available for guests traveling with infants and small children.

*Pool and spa spillover heat are available for an additional charge of 40$ + Tax per day, requests must be prior to your check in.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee ($325).

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of food items nor condiments, or cooking essentials like oils and spices prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
Daily Rate INCLUDES Mandatory Resort Fee +tax so you have access to Amazing Aquapark and all resort amenities!
Free Shuttle to/from the parks is included! Schedules given by Resort.

Smoking Is NOT allowed at the property, Penalty fee will be effective and deducted from Warranty deposit.
