Sometimes we all need an extra holiday! So many extras included with this home! The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters, filtered water and ice available from refrigerator and so much more.

The beds have highly rated mattress’s, higher thread count sheets, and pillows for your comfort.

The Washer and dryer are newer Samsung front loading commercial capacity units with quick wash/dry available, basic detergent available.

There is basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available if needed.

The Kitchen has all newer modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including: silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc.

The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax.

Approximately 1900 sq ft to use between the 1300 sq ft home and 600 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in the garage or back porch.

Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored in the garage. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch/garage to avoid smoke/heat damage.

Driveway can park up to 4 coupe/sedan sized cars, and one car additional in front of home. There is a 2 car garage with laundry room that can fit up to 1 couple/sedan as well if needed.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee of (minimum $85 )$42.50 per pet per day, $200 a week, or $400 a month per pet.
Multiple pets require prior approval
Bully breeds are not allowed
Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming. There is still an additional $85 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests.

If you have young children there are some basic cleaning supplies stored under the kitchen sink and supplies or tools in the garage so please take proper precautions when necessary.
