Broqvarn is a beautiful mountain cabin situated a short walk to slope-side at Salamander Ski Trail and Timberline Mountain Lodge which is fabulous for ski/hike/bike adventures. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom cabin provides plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. Broqvarn aka Northface 52 is a short walkable distance to the Timberline Mountain Ski Lodge (about 250 yards). Ski all day down Timberline's famous Salamander Trail and then take a break by the cozy fireplace. Hike and mountain bike the trails during warmer weather. Enjoy the hot tub, sauna and game room with a professional size pool table year-round. The spacious deck tucked in the trees hosts a propane and charcoal grill as well as a safety firepit, with a small stream meandering past the house. Broqvarn also hosts a sauna for your year round enjoyment. Broqvarn is only minutes drive to numerous West Virginia State Parks and other attractions including Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center, Blackwater Falls State Park, White Grass Ski Area, Dolly Sods and the quaint and quirky downtown areas of Thomas and Davis. Broqvarn has three levels of space to enjoy with a master bedroom on every floor. The main level boasts a fabulous view with deck, charcoal and propane grills to enjoy outdoor family living with a hot tub on the lower patio. Enjoy a summer and fall leaf peepers season on the spacious decks.
Within walking distance to Slopeside/Trailside at Salamander Ski Trail and Timberline Mountain. Please note that it is always advised to use 4 wheel drive in winter to access Broqvarn during inclement winter weather. However Broqvarn is on the lower portion of Northface and has only a slight grade level to travel to reach the home. Broqvarn is a distance of about 250 yards to get to the lodge.

Hair dryers mounted in each bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, Cuisinart 12 cup coffee machine with single serve pods as well, also a Bosch Tassimo coffee/expresso machine, ice machine on counter top, professional cleaning and laundry service before your arrival, extra blankets in all closets, some basic spices available, laundry rooms on each level and laundry soaps are provided. Linens are provided and hot tub towels are provided. Deck provides safety fire pit, propane grill, charcoal grill and table seating. Central AC is not available but AC unit and ceiling fans as well as floor fans are an option if needed.
