Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV (w/YoutubeTV), radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

Place was even better than the description. The view was beautiful. You can't get anything better at anywhere near the price of this place. Home was spotless and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in town. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Host was EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE. And for me, that calls for 5 stars alone on that. Although our stay was short, the apartment was perfect for our needs and we have absolutely no second thoughts on coming back and booking for a longer stay in the future. The whole space was accommodating when we had an unexpected 4th person to the trip. But luckily, it all worked out. Definitely recommend for a quiet get away!

Excellent place for a stay

The home was quiet, clean, and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and we truly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommended if you find yourself headed to Colorado Springs

This property was clean, spacious and had a great location in the heart of Colorado Springs. We stayed 3 nights here and made the most out of every single one due to the amazing preparation our hosts did for us. They also included a dinner and snacks on them to help us settle in a bit easier, which was delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and cozy

This spot worked great for us. Beds were big and comfy. Nice area for cars to load and unload. The location is a little bit away from the busy parts of CO Springs but we are getting on 70 East to go home and takes no time to get there from the house. Great view of Pikes from the front porch.

4 Nights

This apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and cooked a lot of our meals in the perfectly stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and the grounds are well cared for. There is parking close to the door which made me feel safer in an area I was unfamiliar with. My family and I are considering our next visit and would definitely consider renting 2 of the units.

Excellent value

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tracy did a great job with timely communication, the apartment was very clean and well-appointed. I love to cook, and I take my knives and cutting board whenever able, and I found the tools in the kitchen more than suitable. There is a blender, crock pot, pots, pans, skillets, a keurig, and of course prep/cooking utensils. The bedrooms and living room all have AC units and ceiling fans. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room sat 4 comfortably. Tracy was even thoughtful enough to leave some treats upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and plenty of parking. We would absolutely stay there again. Two notes just to be aware of: there are 8 steps up to the unit we had (4 units in this complex), so if you have any mobility challenges I would recommend asking for clarification. Also, the neighborhood has a lot of multi-family housing, so 2-floor apartments, duplexes, and a bit of an older neighborhood. We had zero issues, just was a little surprised, but the apartment itself was exactly what we expected, and would stay again.

As Pictures Show

This is a nice little rental, and the pictures do a good job showing it. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a few little extras. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is well stocked, and everything is nice and up to date. The rental is in a neighborhood of townhomes, so it can be a little tricky to find the first time. The host does a good job of communicating, so it wasn't a problem for us. I'd be happy to stay here again with a small group. Thanks and appreciation to Travis & Tracy for the lovely place to stay.

We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor.
This is the upper left unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars.
You may park in our dirt lot or carport.
We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs.
