Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV (w/YoutubeTV), radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

Kitchen setup was very nice. Whole setup was very nice. If I had a complaint the water pressure was a little bit laxking orher than that we had a wonderful stay.

Great place for a small family!

The apartment was very clean and furnished well. Beds were very comfortable. The parking was a little tricky with a large SUV but we figured it out. Overall great place, perfect location!

Cozy little stay

Our group of 4 had a pleasant stay at this property. The AC and fans helped it stay cool during an unseasonably warm week in Colorado Springs, and the kitchen had *almost everything we needed to cook several meals in the apartment (we had to pick up some salt and pepper)

Very nice and cozy apartment... Party of 2-3 would greatly enjoy the comfort of all thr amenities. Beds are very comfy! Host are very accomodating and quick to respond to messages.

It was clean but dissatisfied with location and response to fix lights that were burned out in MBR and front porch. Aldo had to request a hair dryer that was not available!

For the most part it was good. We liked the setup with our dog being able to take her out for bathroom duty. It was very clean and we felt welcomed. Liked having the big tv and the use of YouTube tv. The negative is the bathtub was not in good shape. The one bedside lamp had a flickering light we couldn’t get to work and light bulb was out in the bathroom.

Overall Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our stay and the check-in process was a breeze! The property is well-maintained, but, the floors were extremely dirty. Unfortunately, you wouldn’t really know (the flooring hides it well) but I had to wipe something up off of the floor and the floor was filthy! Everything else was clean though and the surrounding area was nice as well. They had a “meal on them” which was a really nice touch! The outdoor Adirondack chair area was very nice to relax in. Air conditioning in the unit was a plus also! And the fact that we can bring our pets was also amazing!

Great week in the Springs

Very comfortable place to stay for me, my wife and our pup. Inside was clean and provided everything we needed including linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and all kitchen needs. Dining area and livingroom worked well for us. The outside area at the end of cul-de-sac provided off street parking, choice of covered or outdoor parking, room for the pup to run/play, Adirondack chairs for soaking up the sun and a beautiful Pikes Peak view. We did not use the attached laundry facilities but looked inside and they were very nice and clean.

Supplies and Safety?

On the positive side, there was a thoughtful gift when we arrived, the decor was pleasant, there was plenty of parking, location was convenient. However, on the down side, the bathroom had mold, there were no washcloths, a couple of towels, no potholders, no spices/saranwrap, and limited dishes/supplies. The windows at ground level didn’t close all the way or lock leading to safety and theft concerns.

Well worth the money. Highly recommend!!

The neighborhood driving in looked very iffy, but we had absolutely NO ISSUES with the neighbors. The property is not far off a main road so getting around was easy. We arrived at a cute, comfortable little apartment. Very nicely done. Even though we had a lower level apartment, we heard no noise or walking above us. The managers are VERY accommodating. I messaged to ask for another washcloth, had it in no time. They are like little elves just waiting to make your stay amazing. The only issue we had was with the plumbing. Once contacted they had the plumber on the phone and on the way to us immediately. After the issue was resolved, the cleaning lady arrived to scrub out the tub (although we said we would do it). She was a joy and made us feel like royalty. I recommend this 100% and would joyfully stay here again!!!

Great quiet location

We are a senior couple on a week-long vacation. This property was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood near major thoroughfares allowed us to get everywhere with ease. Lots of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping opportunities. This unit is on the ground floor of a four-plex. We NEVER heard anything from our neighbors, even the upstairs ones. Kitchen is more than adequately stocked, very neat and tidy, and even included ingredients for an at-home meal if we desired. Furnishings are new and in good condition. Bathroom is on the small side but everything was clean and in working order. Coin-op laundry room right next door. We would definitely stay here again.

We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor.
This is the lower right unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars.
You may park in our dirt lot or carports 1, 2, or 4.
We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs.
