Nestled up against the Santa Monica Mountain nature reserve with a zen vibe so peaceful you will want to just sit and absorb it- as you gaze over the ocean at Catalina Island and the Palos Verdes peninsula.

The theme of the architecture is glass, stone, water and wood. Everywhere you look you see ocean through floor to ceiling sheets of glass. The floor tile indoor and out is of natural pure Elysian white limestone- the same they used at Versailles.

The genuine chef’s kitchen is built around an island with a huge slab of semi-precious blue lapis stone.

Dine on the round teak and glass table inside, or the rectangular glass table on the patio. Either way you have a stunning view.

If you feel like working, there is a large teak desk and it’s matching file cabinet and bookcase with a laser printer and hi-speed internet. There is also a WiFi enabled phone connection for crystal clear calls. There are two smaller office spaces in case you need an extra work area.

If you would like some video entertainment feel free to enjoy a movie on the 120” exclusive zero edge black diamond screen with its ultra-short throw Sony laser projector and surround sound. The media suite is pre-loaded with all manner of complimentary Movie and entertainment apps: HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Showtime (Sho Anytime), etc.

Enjoy a peaceful night in any of 3 bedrooms with custom made California king size beds. Enjoy soft beige carpeting in the third bedroom with its carpeted walk-in closet.

Two of the bedrooms are paired with marble bathrooms, including walk-in showers with heated towel-off areas. The third full bath is lined with 9’ high slabs of a unique granite swirled with natural black volcanic glass that spewed from a primordial volcano millions of years ago.

There is a marble-lined laundry off the master bedroom suite, or if you prefer there is a second laundry just off the kitchen pantry. Each has its own set of full capacity washer and dryer.

The fish in their see-thru aquarium built into a solid teak wall get to watch it too.

Then maybe check out the 7 hole putting green with its sand trap all built with an exclusive, proprietary artificial grass surface from the company that invented it- Hole 9.
