Enjoy the best of Coeur d’Alene in the Sanders Beach area! There is so much to do in the Coeur d'Alene area, and this is your ideal home base for a memorable vacation.

Some ideas for things to do:
*Walk or bike to downtown CDA (10-minute walk, short bike ride), with access to restaurants and bars, shopping, parks
*Walk to Sanders Beach and play at the lake (1 block away)
*Hike around Tubbs Hill (2 blocks away)
*Ski or snowboard at Silver Mountain (1 hour), Lookout Pass (1 hour), or Schweitzer (1.5 hours)
*Play golf at the CDA Resort Course (5 min), CDA Public (10 min), Circling Raven (30 min), and many more!
*Bike on the Centennial Trail (connect with the trail 3 blocks away)
*Boating
*Hiking
*Fishing

The home was recently completely remodeled and is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The downstairs area features an inviting living room (including a queen sleeper sofa), full and stocked kitchen, dining space for 6, half bath with washer and dryer, and an outdoor space with outdoor dining and a BBQ. Upstairs includes two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The upstairs bathroom features a double vanity and a large shower/bathtub.

Other features to note:
* Two TVs, with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus
* High speed wireless internet, and a desk in each bedroom, in case you need to fit in some work while you’re away from home
* Plenty of parking: 1 covered spot in the carport, 1 in the driveway, and plenty of additional street parking

The home is connected to another home via the carport (i.e. there are no shared walls). Access to the side yard is included with the rental, but the backyard is part of the home next door and is private. You are welcome to use the swing set upon request!

We had such a wonderful stay in Coeur d’Alene! The house is in the perfect location—just two blocks from the beach and a short walk to town. We loved being able to stroll downtown in the evenings with our kids (our 3-year-old in the stroller and our 7-year-old on his bike or walking alongside us).One morning I walked 3ish blocks to Heat Praxis for a sauna and cold plunge, which was amazing!The restaurant recommendation for Sweet Lou’s was spot-on. We grabbed takeout and ate it at the park so the kids could play. Another place we tried and loved was Crafted—delicious food and a great atmosphere.Overall, the location and experience couldn’t have been better. We’d definitely stay here

Amazing place and location

This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and new inside with everything you need for cooking. It’s a short walk to Sanders beach and Tubbs hill and a mile or less to downtown. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location with ease of guest in mind

The house was really clean and clutter free. The hosts have thought of all the little things their guests might need or like to use around the home. We really appreciated all of the items specific to our children such as: dishware, games, bubbles and sand toys. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. It was such a lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood. Super close to the beach and city center. We absolutely loved staying here!

Another Great Visit!

We enjoyed our 2022 stay so much that we visited again in August 2023 and rented this lovely home again! Everything was just as we remembered it, the home was well-stocked, spacious and clean. We cooked in the kitchen several nights and had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the board game selection as well as the bunk beds! The air quality and heat were bad this year but the house remained cool and the air was completely fresh. It was a great oasis to return to at the end of the day! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation

2 older adults and three children 2 ,5& 7 years old. Enjoyed the nearby beach (a few short blocks walking distance, & beautiful play structure parks, carousel, paddle boats& kayaks by in short driving distance . Fun for all. We shopped at Fred meyers, Costco and Safeway are less than 15 min by car. Home is well equipped for cooking. Very easy living. Lovely hosts. One day we’ll enjoy it with just adults and take advantage of the good looking rest, shopping and adult venues we K On

This place was perfect for our stay in Idaho!

We hiked and walked through town, ate out and saw a museum and the dams! Saw lots of deer and turkeys and had a great time!

Great location

This place was super cute and so close to the water and a beach. We had two little kids and there were swings on the back on the owners property (they love right next door) and they left a note saying my kids could use the big backyard and swings anytime which was sweet. Would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

Our family of 3 stayed for four nights and loved it! The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured, the kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. as well. The A/C kept the home cool and comfortable even though it was 95+ degrees each day we were there. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home, and a large yard with a swing set and apple trees. The owners live next door and were extremely kind and friendly when we chatted with them, however the rental is very private and quiet, and the neighborhood is lovely . It is an easy .5 mile walk to Sherman St., and only a few blocks to Sanders Beach, both were easy walks even with our toddler and a wagon full of things. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this this rental.

Wonderful accommodations - can't wait to come back!

The place was just as described. Great location. It had all the little things that elevate an experience...great kitchenware (BIG coffee mugs, tupperware), beach towels and chairs, streaming services, inviting and clean outdoor area. Just lovely.

Great location and property

It was a great VRBO property for our family. It’s only a block from the lake and hiking trails on Tub’s hill. It was clean and very comfortable. The house had all the modern items and property has been recently remodeled. The patio and outdoor grill was great and worked perfect. It was also really close to downtown and the grocery store. Overall an outstanding stay!!

A great little hideaway!

Our little family really enjoyed this property and the owners. The location is perfect ( we got to watch the New Years Polar Bear Plunge) It was an exceptionally cold week in Idaho and the owners worked with us to stay warm and comfortable. Thankful to have had the opportunity to stay. A 5 ⭐️ recommendation.
