This is the second time we have booked this exact condo. We had to evacuate during hurricane Isaias and the property was very communicative via email and in person. We were refunded as soon as the evacuation was made mandatory without even having to request it. My only complaint is lack of security at the bayside pool. I called the front desk over a man beingVerbally abusive to child members of his party and the desk said they would have to call the HOA to then call security to send over. Security never arrived over the next hour. It would be better if a a property staff member could be present to enforce conduct and safety rules.

Was a perfect stay! Would definitely return in the future. Was sad that not all of the pools and lazy river were not heated during our off season stay.

Loved the unit. Clean and fully furnished with everything. With 2 littles (5 & 8), we cooked most meals (you’ll need own seasonings). Kids loved the bunk beds. Many options for swimming - beach (beautiful white sand and shallow), huge main pool (unheated), smaller heated pool, kiddie pool, hot pool, and across road, access to lazy river and 2 more pools. Wagon was helpful to haul everything, even the 5 year old!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The wagon and beach toys were an added bonus as we didn’t have room to bring ours! The beach was fantastic though more crowded than I prefer. Just know this is a larger complex than typical of fort Walton so the beach is more crowded.

Wonderful condo! Convenient to the parking garage, which was excellent for moving in and out. Beach was great. Restrooms located near large pool were convenient for the beach as well. Unit was beautiful with plenty of space and extra blankets. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and a wagon to use. It was perfect for beach days! Everything on the gulf side was clean but the bay side lazy river was very dirty - leaves floating all over it and the waterfall wasn’t working. The big pool (gulf side) can get kinda of noisy from the condo, but it closes at 11:00 so it wasn’t too bad.The pier was a 5-10 minute walk down the beach and they have fireworks every Wednesday that you can watch from the condo or down at the beach. Pier costs 2 to walk but you can see multiple dolphins, pelicans, and we even saw a sea turtle! Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit and location

Well-appointed unit overlooking the pool and gulf. Love the bridge to the bay for easy access to the other pool and lazy river.
