Essentially like a hotel room with a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. There is another rental above this one, but both have their own private entrances so no interaction between the two. Short drive to Ober, downtown Gatlinburg, and all other fun attractions! Snuggle up in the bed next to the gas fireplace, while enjoying a movie or go out on a hike to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!

Hot tub is NOT for this rentals use. It is for the upstairs rental only. If you are caught using it you will be charged.

Beautiful and peaceful

The location is a little rough to get to, but SO worth it. On top of the mountain is a beautiful view. The place itself was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I celebrating an anniversary. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Anniversary trip

We came for our first anniversary, we loved everything about the property, it was everything the listing said and it was wonderful. Very convenient location and clean! The manager was very accommodating and responsive! We plan to come again.

Beautiful place, great location, and beautiful view! Could drive down the mountain to the Great Smoky Mountain trail and shopping downtown. They also had a hot tub to help after a hike!

Terrific and Simple

If you’re looking for somewhere simple to rest your head after touring the town or hiking the national park, this is it! If you’re from a flat Midwest state the drive to get to this location may be a bit nerve wracking but you get used to it. Overall loved the location!

Beautiful Stay in the Smokies

Overall it was an amazing place to stay: the view outside, it was a comfortable living space, communication with the host was great, etc. The drive was scary if you've never had to drive in the mountains before but I got use to it quickly. There are curtains that block some stairs that I wasn't expecting, but it wasn't an issue.

The property was clean. The only issue we had was the shower. My husband cannot do steps and the step up to the shower was very difficult. Other than that everything was nice. The location was perfect with all the traffic

July 4th weekend

We stayed July 4th weekend. It is just a short drive to Gatlinburg on mountain roads. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. The only problems we had is the drive way/parking was tight. Lastly, the unit just had a ceiling fan and a little fan. Therefore, it was very hot for us. It was a nice stay. We would definitely use this unit or the upstairs unit in the future.

Overall nice stay on a budget.

The view is from the balcony on top which I'm not sure if we had access to it. The parking is cramped. Luckily we were in a small car otherwise it would have been difficult to park in the driveway I feel. The pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable, the whole area was very clean.

Overall great play to stay!

This was a super cute place to stay. Everything was very clean and new. The only complaint I have is parking is a bit tight. Other than that it is a great place and I would definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

Host and owner are FANTASTIC! The room is new and well done. For a short, economical, place to crash in Gatlinburg, this is it! The description clearly states that there is no bed, just a pull out couch (it’s a nice couch, but typical hide-a-bed mattress). If there are renters above you, you can clearly hear their conversations and walking around. Parking is a bit tricky, but typical for the area. Overall, glad I found it, and it worked great in a pinch!
