With the peaceful sounds of Buckberry Creek gently flowing just outside your balcony, this condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nestled in a tranquil spot near numerous hiking trails, snow skiing, and the area’s best shopping. Enjoy the condo's convenient location when you venture to the Ober Mountain Resort, the National Park, or all the great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The Village Stream condos is located just over 1 mile from Ober Gatlinburg, about 2 miles from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Even Dollywood is an easy 20-minute drive.

Living Spaces
Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the creek and watch the sunrise. Enjoy warm summer days by the pool just outside your front door or spend those cooler fall and winter days curled up by the living room fireplace. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, curl up in a comfortable chair with a glass of wine and a good book while feeling the warmth from the beautiful stone, wood-burning fireplace. Snuggle up on the couch or rocking chair and enjoy your favorite shows and movies from the most popular streaming services and cable channels on the TV.

Cooking & Dining
If you decide to stay in for your meals, the kitchen is well-equipped. From full-size appliances, cookware and utensils, toaster, microwave, and both a Keurig and regular drip coffee pot. K cups provided along with amazing hot teas to help you relax. The only thing missing is you. The counter comfortably seats three with additional room for two at the beautiful log table. If you happen to have forgotten something, The Chalet Village Market is within walking distance for any of those last minute or easily forgotten items.
There is also a communal grilling area, where the only thing you need to provide is the charcoal, located on the ground level near the creek.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms
As you settle in for the night, the king size bed will surround you in comfort as you drift to sleep listening to the soothing sounds of the creek outside. Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bathroom offers a tiled bath-shower combo with small travel size Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. The vanity offers plenty of storage space for all your necessities.

Guest Access
The front door is a keyless entry lock and a code, which will be provided after reservations are confirmed. The condo is located on the pool level, so you will need to navigate a short set of stairs to get there.

Other Things to Note
If you have to get some work done while you are here or just wanting to spend some time online, high-speed internet is provided at no additional cost. The log-in information will be provided prior to check-in.

The pool facility is open from Memorial Day through October. The pool is conveniently located just a few steps from your front door, but not close enough to be a nuisance. Please respect the posted Pool rules and remember, there is not a lifeguard on duty.
