RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH RESERVATION

Check-out time: 11 AM Check-in time: 4PM
*NO PETS- If you bring pet(s)-$200 charge per pet/day, reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. This is to respect guests with allergies.
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval-$50 charge per guest/day unregistered guests.
*NO SMOKING inside home or on premises-$250 charge for rental of ozone machine to get rid of smoke odor
*No Late check-out without prior approval- $150 charge guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean
*No parking on the grass.
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS § 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested. *Guests will have access to the entire house, except for host's closets and garage.
*Use black make-up towels to remove make-up instead of white towels.
*This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it.
*If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let me know immediately. I live close by, so if time allows, I will stop by to meet you.
*Place trash in black bin located bedside the garage.
*Green bin is for recycling.
*Trash and recycling pick up is on Thursday.
*Take trash bin and recycling bin to the street on Wednesday evening.
*Take bins up to the side of the house by the garage after pick-up on Thursday or the city will fine us.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

*Please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with soap.
*Start normal cycle (this will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests).
*Put dirty towels in bin labeled dirty laundry.
*Put items back to their original place.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) are clean before putting them back.
*Wash dishes that you use. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start washing on your last day.
*Take out all trash and put black bin located on the right side of the house as you exit through the deck.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.
