Ubicado en el corazón de la histórica Watch Hill entre Watch Hill Harbour y el Watch Hill Carousel, incluye pases de playa (durante la temporada alta) y 2 estacionamientos. Excelente ubicación en el centro, salga por su puerta a tiendas locales, restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y acceso a la costa.

Watch Hill tiene más de 50 tiendas de calidad, restaurantes, el famoso carrusel de caballos voladores y tres hermosas playas. East Beach en el Océano Atlántico, Carousel Beach (la playa familiar) y Napatree Point Beach es el tramo de 1 1/2 milla que disfrutan muchos lugareños y visitantes para los paseos al amanecer y al atardecer.

Keep expectations in check.

The beach condo was not bad, but not awesome. It is tired and clearly takes a beating from its ocean proximity. It was clean, but considering the host asks guests to strip beds and start laundry and remove all the trash AND pay a $150 cleaning fee, I expect spotless. Location in Watch Hill is very convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches. We were there in the off season, so the area was extremely quiet. If you need privacy, I don’t think this is where you’d want to be during the busy summer. It would feel like a fish bowl! FYI coffee etc is not provided. We enjoyed dinners at Olympia Tea House and the Ocean House and lunch at The Cooked Goose.

Great stay

We had a great trip. The apartment view was beautiful. It was a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable- it could use a few updates- but we would love to stay again!

Lovely sunsets and convenient to Mystic

It was perfect for us. Convenient to Mystic and Westerly plus only an hour drive to Newport. Well furnished in a shabby chic way. Don't expect a brand new sofa or refrigerator but all were comfortable, working order (w/ice maker) and clean. Plently of towels and beach gear. Hopefully we will return sooner than later!

Staying in this condo exceeded our expectations. Even though there are small things that need to be updated, we would highly recommend this condo and would be more than happy to rent it again.

Great spot on the water

Debbie's home was perfect for what we were looking for - clean, full kitchen, extra towels, etc. The views of the water and sunset are spectacular and there are some restaurants and shops close by (unfortunately many of them were closed since we visited in off-season). We'd definitely recommend this place to others!

Watch Hill Mini-holiday

This well-appointed condo is very clean and bright and in a great location with fabulous views. It was very nice to be able to walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Debbie was a very good communicator.

Lovely location

Beautiful, well appointed condo right by the water. Off season was very quiet, but that left plenty of space to stroll the beach and star gaze at night. Debbie was very helpful with the arrangements and getting situated. I only wished we could have stayed longer

Quiet Getaway

My family has been going to Watch Hill, RI for over 20 years and we were looking for a new rental option, that would allow us to stop in for a short 3 day stay vs. a full week. The location was perfect, as we had amazing views of the sunset and quick access to Napatree Point. We brought our bikes and had a wonderful time exploring the area and taking a quick day trip over to Mystic! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for place to stay beachside. Melinda

Cozy Watch Hill Paradise

We had such an amazing stay this cute downtown condo. The sunsets were breath taking!! You can walk to everything- beaches, lighthouse, ocean house, town- etc. It was New England paradise in Watch Hill. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing Location

Condo is right in the center of everything. We park for the week and no need to ever leave. Beautiful sunsets and great beach. Condo is in the perfect location

Perfect weekend getaway!

Very cute condo with everything you need. Bright, open and clean! Location was perfect! Walk a few steps to either the beach or the shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again! The only issue was the ice maker didn't work.

Great location!!! Loved my stay there. Only a few issues-ice maker needs fixing, the screen in the twin bedded room was laying on the bed when I arrived[I placed it on the porch off the master] and the plug in the twin room between the beds does not work. Might want to check all of them. I would definitely stay there again.

Five Relaxing days

The views of both the harbor and ocean were exceptional. It very quiet once the Sunday crowd left. It was considered off season so there weren't many shops open but we expected that. Everything in the unit functioned as it should and the unit overall was well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our second year staying in May at this condo. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and bright unit. Loved the water views and proximity to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Very much appreciated Debbie offering an early check in and late check out.
