Luxe Condo in Old Town Bluffton + Elevator + Walkable to everything!

This Luxury Low Country home is thoughtfully furnished in Old Town Promenade, in the heart of Bluffton, SC. Wake up and walk to breakfast at the Sippin Cow or one of the other walkable breakfast/lunch or dinner places. A short walk to the river makes this place a perfect spot to see Bluffton. This luxe home has 3 very large bedrooms that are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors along with 2 full baths. The living area is wide open with plenty of space to relax in with stunning windows overlooking the park, restaurants, and shopping districts. The kitchen is nicely upgraded with all the essentials. There is also a desk nook/work area so that you can handle life while on vacation.

This home is perfect for families, romantic getaways, or business travel. It has everything you need! The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that seats 4. The washer and dryer are located in the 3rd-floor utility closet for your convenience. The Tanger Outlets are a 5-minute drive and Hilton Head is only 15 minutes away!! Many restaurants are within walking distance so you can enjoy cocktails and great cuisine. Every Thursday afternoon from 12 pm-4 pm, the local farmers market is here in Old Town Bluffton. The May River is only a .5-mile walk and you can go to Dafuskie island on a ferry, go paddle boarding, or rent kayaks and go fishing! Boutique shops and restaurants are everywhere. There is no need to drive! You want action; you got it! Bluffton is perfect for family fun, adulting, and so much more!

The neighborhood is very easy to walk...You can walk to everything! Groceries, restaurants, coffee, and anything you can think of are within walking distance.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

The Nest was very warm and homey. The location was excellent right in the old town Bluffton square and walkable to many restaurants. Cute town and close to family so it was a great choice.

Perfect Low Country Location

Overall, the property is just as described, great location in Old Town, modern, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We encountered one issue while we were there, and the Host responded within minutes. It was all quite impressive.

Property was well equipped with all the needed essentials and great location for restaurants. Parking is a challenge on weekends due to the amount of visitors coming to the area.

We moved our daughter into college at USCB and my wife and I decided to stay longer and explore the area. The place was convenient to many things to enjoy. The communication was great. The cleanness of the condo was outstanding. The amenities were thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Fantastic

My family and I absolutely loved this small town. We also loved the fact that it was not far from Hilton Head and Savannah. The condo was amazing and very clean. It was exactly like the pictures. The owner was very informative. We will definitely be back to visit.

Graduation Trip

I visited Bluffton to attend my niece's high school graduation. I stayed here with My sister and her husband who also flew in for the graduation. There was plenty of space for us to all have our privacy but also very nice common areas for us to hang out together in the living room. Check in process was super simple. Place was clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location right in downtown Bluffton. With everything we needed right within walking distance. Our hosts were easily reachable if needed and checked in daily to offer their help and guidance voluntarily even though we didn't need anything. Great place, great stay.

Our second stay here

This was the second time we stayed at this property and would do so again! We come to Bluffton often and every time will look to see if the Nest is available. Hosts are great to work with, location is fantastic, and it feels like being at home!

In town for a wedding

Location was close to our venue and loved the shops and restaurants that we simply walked to. Great after a long drive to have everything at your fingertips! Home was clean and updated. Host super easy to communicate with. Great stay!
