Luxury apartment in Brickell Avenue. Just steps from the Biscayne Bay. Centrally located just minutes from Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Design District (5 mins) & Only 10 mins from Miami Beach.

Walking distance to the amazing Brickell City Centre & Marry Brickell Village.

Building amenities such as huge working soom, steam room, sauna, 2 pools and GYM.

CVS drugstore and supermarket right by the building and Publix supermarket just a block away.

Early check-in upon availability + additional fee
1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside.
We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

2) No loud music inside at any time. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.


3) Garbage – Trash is to be disposed of properly in trash bags. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. Please dispose all garbage in the trash-shut. (door labeled in the hall)

5) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night.

6) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.

7) We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.)

8) We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained, dirty and/or turn up missing).

9) Washer & Dryer located at 14th floor. (applicable to studios only)

10) Designated workspace steam room, sauna, 2 pools and GYM are at the 14th floor

11) Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.

12) No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.

By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property.

The view was AMAZING! It was conveniently located near a lot of great food spots and a CVS for late night runs.Overall amazing stay!

Do not stay here unless you can sleep through a tornado. The elevator noise is so loud and non stop all night ! You will not be able to ignore it. The penthouse advertises sleeps 10 but you only get one parking space and then are forced to pay valet fees for additional cars! Like who drives in with 10 people in one car. Slow responses from the host. I didn’t know until I was already down there that it was even confirmed with check in instructions.Most of the employees do not speak English so that’s a problem.

The owner was very easy to reach; he even came to get us at check in to ensure we were satisfied! I'd definitely stay there again!

Great place in a great location!

This was an amazing place! Great location and comfortable beds. Host was very communicative and very quick to help out with anything we needed. Only complaint is that there was only one set of keys.

Nice Penthouse

Overall it was a good unit, great location, something against will be that there was not enough towels, and communication with host a little bit slow with host at the check in time, everything else was good.

Wonderful place to sleep and shower

Perfect location and amazing views from the 43rd floor Penthouse. Really, really nice gym and sauna and pool and game room. It is a perfect place for those who are gonna eat all their meals outside the hotel. But it's not the kind of place you want to stay in during the day. It was great for us because we were in the center of everything and only ate at restaurants and did activities away from the hotel. The beds were clean and high quality. And the hot water in the shower worked great.

Great location and amazing views!

We were very pleased with location and views from the balcony. The interior could use some TLC, couch and rug need to be replaced, a few maintenance issues, but we still enjoyed our stay. One thing I should mention, the property only comes with 4 bath towels total, so that could be an issue if you have more than 4 guests. Also, parking in the garage is convenient but will also test your driving skills. Overall, we liked the space, loved the view, and the location in Brickell is unbeatable. Will stay here again in the future.

When we arrive the apartment was cleaned, blank and pillow sheet disty with stains, hair in beds and bathroom, also an underwalear on the kitchen. We reach the host and they tell us and clean it, but it wanst true. I send the photos back, but nothing happend. Door and decoration in low conditions. The balcony door does not open. If this things can be fix, its fine.

Don’t Book Here!

Host never communicated the entire time. I had to get Vrbo support involved multiple times to try and help. Needless to say we had to find a new place last minute. I did not want to risk waiting just before check in to see if they would finally respond. Horrible experience!

Miami vacation

The condo was very clean, needed a little updating, but properly was spotless. There were 8 of us and only were given 5 towels. We reached out for more, but did not receive until the evening before we were checking out. Communication with the owner was good before we arrived, but very delayed after we checked in. Location is a great spot. Only other is you only get 1 key and you need keycard to get into elevator.

Good location but I wouldn’t stay again

The view and location were very nice! I messaged the host numerous times about information on checking in and advice on the area with no reply for months. The day of our check in he sent a message 3 hours before noon that I need to send a picture oh my id by noon or our check in would be delayed until the next day, but we we’re on our flight. I had a layover and happened to check my messages 7 minutes before noon. There was 8 of us staying, but only 4 towels in the whole place, and they had long curly hairs on them! It wasn’t very clean, it did the job for 1 night but we weren’t very impressed.

Crappy Communication

The host’s communication was extremely bad. No responses to calls, texts, or through the Vrbo app until the day before check-in —and that is only after Vrbo got involved to contact directly. Vrbo’s assistance was inconsistent. Using the chat feature was not good as they suggested trying to contact the host with an alternate Colombia international phone number. Once I got someone on the phone at Vrbo, they were able to get the host on the line to acknowledge that I needed my check-in instructions email. Vrbo also didn’t let me know in advance that the host delisted their property with them and therefore had less ability to handle issues. I’ve had good experiences in the past with other Vrbo properties but this one has me concerned going forward.

Stay away

So communication with the host was completely awful. They delisted the property after we made the reservation so we couldn’t see anything and they didn’t respond at all on VRBO. We had to contact VRBO just to get the address and any details for checking-in. The place itself wasn’t bad however it’s located RIGHT next to the elevator and at the top by the motor. So all night and day the elevator motor was super loud. We had to buy our own toilet paper because they gave us 2 rolls and then we couldn’t contact them again after. The lobby workers were super nice but couldn’t do anything for us. The main TV remote didn’t work properly so we couldn’t watch tv. And the A/C didn’t work on Friday night. All in all It worked for us for ULTRA weekend when availability was scarce but I would NOT stay there again if there’s anything else around.
