Additional House Rules
(Required by Condo Association)
In the event that any unit owner, his/her guest, family member, tenant, or agent violates these rules and regulations or By-laws of the Association, the Board of Directors or managing agent shall have the right to take reasonable actions to correct any violation.
I. GENERAL
1. Residents shall not make, nor permit, any public or private nuisances or any disturbing noises, conduct, music, television or partying in their units or elsewhere on the property so as to disturb any other residents.
2. Front and back doors should not be propped open and should be locked at all times.
3. Common areas shall be kept free and clear of all personal items. No shoes, boots, strollers, bicycles or other personal items may be stored or left in the hall outside of your unit or anywhere in the common areas.
4. Smoking is not allowed in any common areas of the building.
5. The only items allowed on the balconies are: small tables, chairs, grills, flower boxes, flower pots, American flags on holidays and Christmas decorations. No laundry of any kind.
6. All units have working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors within 15 feet of any sleeping room.
7. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests to the common elements.
8. Renters must sign the rules of the association document upon arrival. This document references all short term renter responsibilities.
9. In consideration of adjoining units, laundry room hours shall be limited to 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Also, lint filters must be cleaned after each use as build-up of lint can result in fire.
II. PARKING
1. No parking of boats, campers, trailers, abandoned vehicles or commercial trucks (pick-ups only) in the parking lot.
2. Each unit is assigned one parking spaces. Guest must park on the street.
I. PETS
1. Pets are not allowed.
IV. GARBAGE
1. All food and related garbage, including paper, cans and glass containers shall be secured in tied plastic bags. Boxes should be broken down before placing in the dumpster. Large waste items such as old carpeting, appliances, furniture, etc. must be placed IN the dumpster. If an item must be placed outside of dumpster, notify management to arrange for an additional pickup. Unit owner must reimburse for that pickup. The lid to the dumpster shall be kept closed at all times.
