Woodstock es una granja de ovejas / carne de res de 750 acres. Ubicado a solo 10 minutos en coche de Rotorua en medio de la famosa zona termal y cultural de Nueva Zelanda. Moderna y galardonada casa de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños con cada habitación abierta a terrazas con vista al famoso Green Lake. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation away from the crowds, but only a short drive to town and all the sites. Jen was a fantastic host with clear communication throughout.

Our host was welcoming and made us feel right at home even over a few messages. The house was clean, had all the amenities, a full kitchen. The views were beautiful!

Best house on our vacation by far.

This is the house dreams are made of. The house is stunning, modern and super clean. The views of Green Lake and the surrounding countryside are like a screen saver come to life. Makes us want to come back to New Zealand just to stay here again.

Fantastic home in a fascinating area

This a beautiful place to stay when visiting Rotorua. The farm is spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and has an exquisite serene setting on top of hill looking onto fields with sheep and cows, and to Green Lake. Loved it!

Peaceful and private escape

Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property for a week and we can highly recommend it. Communication with the owners was quick and easy! This property is absolutely amazing!! The house was comfortable and spotless!! Had everything you’d need from books to games for the kids. We loved sitting outside drinking coffee enjoying the breathtaking view and watching the sheep. Will definitely book this property again for our next trip!

Excellent choice for a rural & relaxing stay

This is a wonderful property that is well appointed and highly functional. We enjoyed the livestock grazing right out the windows, the quietness of a more remote location, and beautiful moonlit starry nights. There is a 15 minute drive to town to keep in mind, but it was easy to access the many activities in the Rotorua area from here. The host communication was timely, welcoming, and clear.

Worth the Extra Few Minutes Drive

Beautiful country home about 15 minutes out of Rotorua. Gorgeous rolling hills with a lake view. Farm home is one level living. Rooms sprawl down a long hallway and every bedroom opens onto the rear deck. Homeowners have thought of everything. If you are looking for some peace and quiet with access to town when you want it, this is a terrific option.

Amazing Location and Stay!

If I could give this property six stars, I would. The views from the home towards Green Lake are just amazing. The house was very clean and had a very lovely family history documented throughout, which really added to our stay. Everything was what we expected and more. The wow! factor of the location cannot be overstated. Waking up to the "baaa" of the sheep, the views of the beautiful dark night sky, hiking over the property surrounded by the stock, etc. was just amazing. Jen had excellent communication before and throughout our trip. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking to get away from downtown Rotorua (which is only a quick 10 minute drive or so). I hope to visit here again when we return to New Zealand!

The Ford Family were wonderful hosts. The house had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking. Well worth the drive out of Rotorua. Still conveniently located to town, but so incredibly peaceful. We LOVED this home. Of all of our travels this has been our favorite place so far. Well worth it!

Great place to stay

A great spot with fantastic views to Green lake and the surrounding countryside. Clean, tidy with everything you need. Only 10 minutes drive to the Waipa mountain bike hub.

Family holiday at the farm

We had a fantastic stay at Woodstock. Great property with amazing view of the lake. We loved that we could have the farm experience with the kids but still be close to the city.

Magical

Wonderful property. The views across the hills and lakes were outstanding. The home was wonderfully set out, with all comforts thought of and it was absolutely sparkling clean. We loved the privacy, the cows and sheep on the hills and the bird life. Just a few minutes out of town so super convenient but also relaxed and private. Close to everything we had planned and a great place to return at the end of each day of adventure. Donna sent clear welcoming emails before we arrived and we enjoyed reading the interesting family history via the photographs along the hallway.. We would love to return! Very grateful to have experienced this amazing part of the world.

Fantastic!

Our family of 6 stayed at this fantastic house during the winter school holidays. It was perfect. The view of the lakes and surrounding farm, down the valley, was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed lovely walks in the surrounding area. The location is very handy for Rotorua (without the smell). It was very warm (underfloor heating and a fire) and welcoming. Super clean. It felt like a home but was very stylish (none of the shabby furniture and odds and ends often found in holiday homes). There were photos of the family on the walls and some interesting history about the land. The owner Donna was lovely and managed the booking very efficiently. She called during our stay to see how things were. It had all the facilities we could hope for. Enormous American-style washing machine and dryer which was great. Lovely big rooms. Nice linen. Sheep outside for the children to feed. Great flat lawn for playing. Very safe. Our son is 2 years old and we felt he was perfectly safe. A cot and other children's things were provided (their grandchildren often stay). I thoroughly recommend staying here. We had a great family holiday and will be back!

Amazing view !

We are a family of 5 and earlier this month, we stayed 4 nights at Woodstock Farm. And we loved it there!!!! The house is very comfortable, clean an filled up with useful things (good games for children, big washing machine and dryer, boots and raincoat that we can borrow...). It was much more than what we expected.Donna was very helpful with her ideas of places to go with children. The walk to the lake is the must-do. House location is close to Roturua and very easy to find. We sincerely hope to come again one day. Many thanks to Donna
