The convenient and well stocked kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house and features full size, stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with bamboo sliding doors for privacy. It's the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. The bathroom is just steps away and boasts a shower/tub combo and a separate changing area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This tropical condo is situated on a hidden, private, soft, sandy beach in a lushly landscaped tropical setting. It is an ideal spot to catch those magical Maui sunsets, spot whales in season, and simply enjoy the idyllic Maui coast. Dine al fresco on your ground floor, private lanai just steps from the ocean, sipping a Mai Tai and watching the palm trees sway.

Please Note: The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks to six weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions.

• The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined.

• Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases, however some area may be cordoned off for safety.

Hale Mahina is located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua in West Maui - a quaint secluded condominium complex with lushly landscaped grounds featuring palm trees, hibiscus, plumeria and orchids for guests to enjoy. Hale Mahina has amazing beach access and it is the perfect environment for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, sunsets, and spotting sea turtles!!! In the winter months, experience the amazing views of mother whales breaching with their newborn calves directly from the resort.

Hale Mahina Resort enforces a strict maximum occupancy policy. Please note all guests over the age of 2 years old is counted as a guest. This resort offers complimentary parking and does not charge a resort fee.

When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
