Downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. House has 2 formal living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and 1 family game room. Fully furnished bright spaces with modern decor designed for families, groups of friends and business travelers. House has RV parking spot as well as up to 3 car parking spots. No garage access.

Pool Heating Fees 🏊‍♀️ ~ Pool & Spa $70 per day ( advance notice required) Upon request
-Spa and pool will be heated the same, spa will not reach hot temperatures because it is NOT a Hot Tub.
-Pool/spa is on for 6 hours during the day.
Pool maintenance comes 1x a week.

Landscaper comes 2x a month.

Professional cleaning company hired for exceptional service.

Strictly No party house!!!

☑️ QUIET TIME AFTER 10:00pm: Please be respectful and considerate of our neighbors and keep loud outside noises down to a minimum.
☑️ THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: Any type of smoking/vaping inside the house will incur a fine.
☑️ YOUR SAFETY MATTERS: Exterior surveillance cameras facing out are ON 24/7 They don't look into any interior spaces & there's none inside the house
☑️ NO FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS/UPSTAIRS.
☑️ Do not leave opened food/drinks out anywhere
