The Pool & Spa is heatable with a fee.
April through September:
Fee of $150 for the first day to heat to Pool and Spa. And $100 for each additional days.
October through April:
Fee of $200 for the first day to heat to Pool and Spa. And $150 for each additional days.

For heating just the spa 50 each day.
Guests must not touch pool and spa equipments.

You`ll also have complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected, and if you need to do laundry, we have you covered with a washer and dryer on site.

Early check-in /Late check-out - Please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival date. We`ll do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of the property.
Please note that unapproved early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges. For every 30 minutes past check-out time, a fee of $75 will be charged. If the unapproved late check-out exceeds 2 hours, a fee equivalent to 1.5x the nightly rate will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Pool and Spa - Guests must not touch pool equipments, if equipments gets damaged based on the result of guests touching the equipment, all costs including parts and labor will be charged.
The Pool & Spa is heatable. There is a fee of $200 to heat to Pool and Spa. For heating just the spa $40 each day.

Guest Count - Exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, without prior approval, will result in $25 fee per-person per-day.

Pets are Welcome! - We would love to accommodate your furry friends. There is a fee of $250 per pet. Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Quiet Hours - Start at 10pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a Minut decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home`s common area.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, possible eviction without reimbursement and/or legal action, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - We kindly ask that all guests abide by the posted house rules during their stay. Any violation of these rules, such as exceeding the occupancy listed on the reservation, parking in restricted areas, breaking pool rules, using illegal substances or misusing the property can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or immediate eviction from the property without reimbursement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our home.
