THREE SEASONS -4 Bedroom Villa Great location in Osage Beach

Villa: 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Villa at the lake! Part of 2 separate villas that were completed in late 2021. Both have been stocked with brand new furnishings and linens to make your lake trip comfortable and one to remember. HAVE A LARGE GROUP? ASK US ABOUT ADDING THE ATTACHED VILLA...

Each villa sleeps 8 comfortably (10 max). with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a full over full bunk bed. These villas can be rented separately, or together (for a discounted rate), to accommodate groups up to 16 (20 max).

They are perfectly located to enjoy the lake, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Redheads resort area and boat slips. They are just down the road from several golf courses and Margaritaville.

Bring your family and friends for a relaxing and memorable vacation at the lake!

If you are looking for MORE SPACE. This is part of a 2 unit attached villa. The other side is also available for rent and is set-up identical to this unit. Email owners to find out about the discount when you rent out both spaces for the same reservation.

Parking Information:
Driveway parking is available. Driveway dimensions are 40'L x 19.5'W.

Disclosure: This property has outdoor cameras and are monitored 24/7.

Spacious and close to attractions and bars!

We loved our stay, plenty of room and location was close to everything we wanted to go to! Highly recommend.

Golf trip

Property was very clean. We enjoyed the deck outside and the games in the garage. Nice relaxing place. We enjoyed a lot of golf at the nearby golf courses. Would definitely recommend this place for a golf trip and families too.

Our stay

It was advertised as having a hot tub which it did not. The grass had not been mowed and was about 2 feet tall. The outside patio had pollen all over so we had to wipe down the furniture and bbq several times. When we arrived it took us to the wrong location and then it ended up being the place next door. It was a nice place but i was disappointed there was no hot tub when I rented it specifically for that.

Another fun weekend !

This is our second year in a row staying at this property and it’s PERFECT for our group of 5 friends! Everyone has plenty of space and the place is conveniently located and you might even spot some deer in the backyard! The deck is a great place to hang out and the kitchen has everything you need! One tip: bring a few camping chairs if you have more than a few people since seating is kinda limited. Thanks for another great weekend !

Perfect for a girls weekend away!

Everything was perfect for our group of 5 friends! The beds were comfortable, and the duplex had everything we needed ! Communication was clear and prompt - which was especially important when I arrived and was at the wrong side of the duplex! oops! It's in a great location - close to Shorty Pants, Margaritaville, & Redheads but far enough away to feel somewhat secluded. The check out instructions were clear and didn't ask for much, unlike other places I have stayed where they charge a big cleaning fee but expect us to do all the cleaning ourselves before we leave. We were truly able to relax!! There were plenty of towels, the beds were made and very clean. They also have a coffee maker that uses KCups but can also make a full pot, so you don't need to bring anything. The coffee station had Kcups, cream and sugar/sweeteners too. The refrigerator makes ice - another nice perk. We would book here again and highly recommend it to others!!

Multi Generation Family Stay

We stayed at this duplex (both sides) and it was perfect. With connecting doors, two primary suites and then multiple rooms downstairs on both sides, it was perfect for a family traveling with multi generations. The decks out back were also lovely. We saw deer and fawns multiple times. In addition the location was great. Side note, the owner was great through booking, getting into the duplexes and leaving. Made my life easy when I was trying coordinate 11 peoples weekend.

Three Seasons Stay

Great place to stay at the Ozarks! Booking process was easy and management was great to work with. Brand new property with plenty of room for several guests. Close to everything including Redhead Lakeside Grill. Very clean and loved the garage/gaming/hangout area. Opens up to a nice patio off the basement along with a great deck and grilling area. Loved the trees off the back of the property. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
