The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stack-able washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

It was a quaint space. The main bed was comfortable. The pull out received no complaints from my adult son who slept on it. Location on the park was great for morning strolls. Parking is right out the back which was nice when we needed to pack up and bring things in. I didn't hear any neighbors while we were there, so slept very quiet. Fridge kept drinks and food cold. We didn't cook anytying so I cannot say anything about that part of the kitchen. I would stay here again.

Great location

Everything was great. Cute and cozy. Had everything we needed and good location. However, there are definitely some electrical issues that need addressed. Most outlets easily fall out of the wall and half of them only half work.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was very clean. I would have given it 5 stars, but the couch with the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for me due to back issues, that we couldn't sit in the living space.

Quiet Neighborhood / Newly Updated

We loved the location. Loved the room. Everything was clean and very modern. Parking was excellent and off of the main road. Check In / Check Out was easy. The water temperature problem in previous reviews must have been solved because we had no issue. The only suggestion I have to the owner is some of the outlets do not work or only half of the outlet works. The bedroom fan is on a dimmer that makes it buzz as well. Other than that we loved it, highly recommend it, and would stay here again!

Weekend get away

Place was nice, small but as expected. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and the bed is very firm. Nice to be in the historic area of Savannah.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Property Management Company were very nice and accommodating, great location next to Forsyth Park.Cons: Half of the lightbulbs in the living room did not work when arrived. There was a dead roach in the middle of the hallway. The king size bed only had 3 total pillows that were all different shapes and sizes (had to call and ask for more). The bathroom mirror was hung up by someone short, as I could only see neck down in the mirror (I'm 6'1). There were yellow stains all over the walls throughout the entire place. The ice trays were broken, so unable to make ice.

Convenient and clean

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment was clean and quiet and super easy to walk into the center. Having parking was a huge bonus. The property management was very communicative. The only thing to keep an eye on is that the unit number did not match up across all commicati9ns so we had booked a unit, but then it may have been the check in link had a different unit and then once we got into the correct unit, the guest stay book had yet another! It all worked out bit we did find it a bit comical so just know what your unit is and go from there. The only downside was the expectation there would be a private patio as in the description where we could relax with a glass of wine. However, while the sliding door off the bedroom did lead tobthe parking lot, it was not a place to sit but rather where the hvac and trash cans were. Not a big deal but a bit of a disappointment after the description.

Father’s Day Weekend

We came to Savannah for the weekend and had a great time. The location of the property across from Forsyth Park was a selling point for us because we go to the park every time we come to Savannah. The property is exactly what is in the photos. Very nicely appointed , clean and spacious for two people. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Good Historic District Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Parking was convenient. Bed was adequate, although it had a bottom sheet on it that was too small for the mattress. We asked for it to be replaced which was done the next day. The only other furniture we used was the sofa. When we sat on it the cushions sunk into the frame, so I wouldn't call it a quality piece. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. Pretty grungy. The tile floor was very dirty and the shower could use a serious cleaning. Moldy caulk. I would recommend this rental but knowing what I know about it now I would only rent it if they guaranteed that the bathroom was indeed clean.

Do the cemetery tour do not use the company that has the gift shop they are very rude. Go to the History museum it is great. We had a wonderful trip made many memories was blessed by the trip.

It also has a designated parking spot that was behind the unit. This was very important as parking is at a premium. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels. The rental agency was quick to respond to any questions we had. The bed was decent but could use new pillows. My husband and I walked everywhere we wanted/needed to go except Tybee Island, of course. After walking many miles each day, we came back to the apt to relax. My only issue was that the only place to sit was one couch, and it was terribly uncomfortable. It needs replaced. Overall, we had a great trip and I would rent from Lucky Rentals again.

Excellent Location, Quiet Surroundings

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to spend our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent. It was convenient to pretty much everything if you were willing to walk, while still being quiet and secluded enough to enjoy each others company. The apartment itself was clean and updated. Easily accessible from the ground floor with its own private parking lot, we never felt unsafe. Id recommend this rental to anyone.

The DOT had several pick up and drop off spots near us. The rental was very cute! It was small but there was plenty of room for two people. I wouldn’t suggest that you bring any additional guests with you. There are not a lot of restaurants close by so be prepared to walk a bit or drive. Having our own parking spot was fantastic! The outlets need to be checked out by an electrician because we had quit a bit of difficulty plugging in all of our chargers, etc. we enjoyed our stay!!
