La casa Bird-Baldwin tiene una rica historia sureña. Construido por Lewis Bird en 1838, es el hogar más antiguo de Savannah South of Liberty Street. In a great location in the historic district. The house was the bomb. Beautiful interior. Perfect For the historical area. In walking distance of everything and a wonderful coffee house next door. Will stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the a,empties you need so you can travel simply. Any questions were answered with a phone call. I would give I would give 5 stars all around but think a night light is needed in the bathroom and they. Did not seem to work in the living room. But we weren’t there for the tv. This place was great.

Very comfortable property all around. Spacious, clean, well appointed, nicer furniture than most rentals, kitchen clean, new and well stocked, good dresser and closet space, nice shower and bathroom, good working washer dryer. The only thing that could have been better understanding it's a tough one to keep up with is the condition of the stairs and porches which needed a cleaning/power wash. Parking also is excellent.

Everything you could need is included, with self-controlled thermostat, small kitchen, laundry, on-site parking and outdoor seating. It's in a convenient location in the historic district and next to a coffee shop. There are many nice parks in walking distance where I ate my dinner everyday. The only issue I had was a small amount of street noise at bedtime and early morning. They do provide a white noise machine, which I neglected to use.

Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the shower water pressure is super low, so low I almost felt like calling to complain...but it was borderline, so we just made do with super slow showers. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located and huge, the bed mattress is just so so, but everything else is great. They had coffee for their coffee maker but no sugar, a few sugar packages would have been nice and would have cost very little.

Reviewer Comments: The place is huge (which you can't appreciate in the photos and is not spelled out in the description), lots of space and in great condition. Super clean.Only two drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower is borderline unacceptable...we decided not to complain as we thought there wouldn't be much they can't do about it, but it takes a long time to shower with so little water. It was nice they had coffee but they didn't have any sugar, a few packets wouldn't cost them much and would be a nice detail. Other than that the place was great. Perfect location to visit Savannah. They were also very responsive with any questions.

Great location for walking to attractions. The only noticeable negative for us was the shower water pressure. A fix it item is the TV in the bedroom. It did not work but was not a problem for us. We would stay there again.

Super happy with this space!

I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Savannah since my daughter is a student at SCAD. This has been my favorite by far!! The location is great and the parking is a huge plus! The space is clean, well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The only negatives are that it is a bit noisy on Liberty St and the water pressure in the shower is miserable.

Parking space and walkable access to everything!

We really enjoyed this location plus the perk of a parking space which is hard to find in Savannah. The apartment was much more spacious than we even anticipated and the bathroom was up-to-date. Our only concern was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything looks lovely and it was a great location.
