Residence: Important information – Temporary closure of Saint Goustan residence



The residence Saint Goustan in the Croisic takes the time to renewto welcome you better!

The renovation works will take place from 13 September 2025 to the end of June 2026, period during which the residence will not be available for rental.

This break will allow you to offer an even more pleasant setting, for an ever more comfortable stay, from July 2026.

Ideally located by the sea on the Pointe du Croisic, the Residence Saint Goustan welcomes you the time of your stay in Loire-Atlantique.



Thanks to its comfortable apartments located in a quiet and preserved environment, you can rest and discover the region with the visits and activities offered on site or nearby: walking or cycling, sailing, horse riding, golf....



This former beach-bath establishment, of character, offers accommodation with and without balcony. To top it all, the residence gives direct access to the beach. We take a private gate to the residence Saint Goustan that overlooks the sand and the sea. Come and see... The residence is built to the sea. Board games are available on loan at Maeva Home.



Be aware that a media library is accessible on foot for all holidaymakers (consultation of all newspapers and magazines, police novels, on-site scientific journals with free access). Free WIFI connection from the media library.



Free access to the swimming pool of the residence (unheated) with deckchairs. Pool open from 15 May to 15 September.



Note: Reception hours vary according to the season. Arrivals and departures 7 days/7 (if reception closed, key locker system)
