Enjoy a short walk to the gondola and River Run from this 3 bedroom condo with an amazing outdoor heated pool complex.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condominium sleeps 6. Featuring one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with en suite baths, and one queen bedroom with direct access to the hall bath. It offers incredible mountain views from two private decks. The unit is close to the River Run Gondola and Village, making access to skiing, restaurants and shopping a short five minute walk away. The Springs at River Run features an outdoor pool and hot tub patio with waterfalls. A perfect meditative space for recovery after your day on the slopes.

The entryway has hooks, a bench, and ample storage for winter gear. Access to a ski locker in the parking garage offers storage for skis and snowboard gear for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The main, open plan living area features a large flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows offer views of the mountains. One of the unit’s two private decks is accessed through the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the breakfast bar has four additional seats. The first of three full bathrooms is located just off the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with premium, luxury towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer adjacent to the bathroom and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The king master suite features a king-sized bed with premium bedding, a memory foam mattress, and a flat screen TV. The sliding doors of this suite open to the balcony that is shared with the living area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, and a shower/tub combination.

The queen master suite features a queen-sized log bed with premium bedding, a memory foam mattress, and a flat screen TV. The sliding doors of this suite open to a balcony shared with the third bedroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, and a shower/tub combination.

The third guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with premium bedding, a memory foam mattress, and a flat screen TV. The sliding doors of this suite open to the balcony shared with the queen master suite.

This fifth-floor penthouse unit features vaulted ceilings and views from every room. There is also a bird’s eye view of the 'hot-springs' themed pool area.

Parking for this unit is in the underground garage. Parking for only one (1) vehicle is allowed for this unit. Additional overnight parking is located throughout the resort. Fees may apply.

Please note that due to construction, the Hunki Dori pakring lot has been closed permanently. There is ongoing construction for a new condo complex in the area of the former Hunki Dori lot. Please reach out with questions or for updates.

In order to reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum night stay depending on the season. The Springs at River Run has a strict no pet policy. Summit County STR License #STR21-01649

Great stay at The Springs

We travel to Keystone quite often and this was our second time renting from that landlord.Once again everything was impeccable. From the check in process, the cleanliness and comfort of the condo, the location and amenities, and most of of the absolute attention to detail that the landlord put in making sure that you will have a great time in Keystone.We love that mountain and will definitely look to come back here again.

Great stay for our family of 5

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Comfortable beds and spacious layout for our family of 5. Our kids (11, 8, and 2) appreciated the short walk to the gondola and loved the sitting in the hot tub and pool afterwards. Ski lockers made it easy to gear up before hitting the slopes. Simeon’s thoughtful basket of goodies was a lovely touch that our family all got to enjoy. Thank you!

Just steps from River Run & Summit Express.

This nice top floor condo is located conveniently close to the River Run Gondola and that end of Keystone Base. The condo is comfortable and you can leave your skis in the lockers downstairs. The building has some good hangout spaces and a pool and hot tubs. We would stay here again.

Great unit

Great location, short walk to the Summit Express gondola. Well-equipped unit. Simeon was extremely helpful answering questions and giving tips. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working when we were there but that aside- we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo for three couples

Lovely condo with wonderful kitchen/dining/living area for meal preparation and relaxing.Three bedrooms with king or queen beds and individual baths. Fascinating to watch the construction of the next door new buildings. Pay careful attention when walking around the building site to the gondola in ski boots.

Fantastic 3Bedroom Luxury Condo

My family came into Keystone for a 4 day ski trip. The property was exactly as shown. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We skied all day and relaxed in the room each night. The hot tub was a relaxing end to the ski days! There is new construction between the condo and the gondola, so it took 5 mins to walk to the slopes instead of 2 before the construction. Check in was seamless, there was an awesome gift basket with a bottle of wine, and the property couldn’t have been nicer! We will definitely rent this again the next stay in Keystone!

Dream Family Experience at the Springs

Our stay at 'The Springs' offered a fantastic blend of great amenities and a wonderful location, complete with mountain views. Simeon's communication was awesome and the thoughtful welcome basket, particularly the wine, were much appreciated. The only minor issue was the ski equipment locker system, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience. It is a great place to stay for my family of five (incl. two teenagers and 10 yr. old). It's close to the village and gondola. Thanks, Simeon, for the nice touches.

Spring break 2023

WONDERFUL property (clean, well appointed, excellent beds, perfect amount of towels/kitchen supplies/square footage)! Location is typically excellent for The Springs condos…but construction of an adjacent property has limited some pathways for walking. This was only a minor imposition. We most certainly would return to this amazing 5th floor condo! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Springs Beauty❄️⛷️

Awesome 5th floor Penthouse Condo in the Springs at Keystone that was very clean with recently updated decor and everything we needed for a Fantastic family vacation with our adult kids. Three good size bedrooms with bathrooms in 2 of them and a big kitchen for preparing meals together plus a large wooden table for everyone to chat around at mealtime made it extremely nice! Simeon could not have been more helpful as an Awesome host and even took care of helping me get some ski equipment shipped up to Keystone for our New Year’s Ski vacation! I will definitely be checking out Simeon’s multiple VRBO rentals first when I return to Keystone for future holidays!

Convenient, comfortable ski in and out/ Simeon went above & beyond!

Our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) had a great experience with this 3 BR/3BA condo at River Run. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed with a nice Pinot Nior, coffee, toilet paper, dish & laundry soap, etc. We were given precise directions to the unit and codes for the parking deck and unit. The River Run gondola was a short walk away, and visible from our unit. The hot tubs were just what we needed after full days of skiing. I believe the mattresses were Tempur-Pedic, and were extremely comfortable. The coach was so large that we usually had a teenaged boy sleeping on it at night. To top it all off, when we left, our son left his Invisalign braces in the bathroom. The property mgr, Simeon, notified us right away, and promptly mailed them home to us. Wonderful service! The unit was everything we were looking for, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Simeon!

Wonderful Family Ski Trip

This property was amazing! The location was great and an easy walk to the village or the gondola, even wearing ski boots and carrying skis. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast and supper every day. The owner was very responsive when I sent a text with a question. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the children/teenagers in our party loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski Weekend

The property was as described. Easy access to River Run Gondola and River Run Village. Good views of mountain and runs. The vaulted ceilings made the place extremely comfortable. Would stay again!

Great family skiing experience!

The property is beautiful, immaculate, and close to everything. We had five adults staying and we had plenty of space for everyone. The welcome basket was a sweet touch. I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible Location / Great Accomodations

This property is fantastic, steps from the Gondola and Keystone Village makes it very convenient. Condo is very clean and modern with all you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Only issue is parking, you can only park one vehicle in the garage so keep that in mind. There is a pay parking lot right next door and/or fee parking a block away.

Wonderful Host! Beautiful condo!

We had such an incredible time!! This condo is beautiful & so well-stocked. The landlord answered within minutes of a special request we had texted him, and he took care of it immediately! :) I can not say enough nice things about this property. It's literally less than a 2-minute walk across the parking lot to the gondola.... it's literally less than a 2-min walk to checkin to Ski School.... it's literally less than a 2-min walk to the main road of the village. My kiddos LOVED the amenities at this lodge -- heated pool, kid's slide into the pool, hot tubs, theater room, pool table, exercise room, sauna.... it was so family friendly :) I can't thank you enough, Simeon. It was an incredible vacation :)
