Welcome to your ski-side home base in Breckenridge. This ski-in/ski-out condominium at Crystal Peak Lodge sleeps up to 8 and sits at the base of Peak 7 with mountain views and access to lodge amenities.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy days on the mountain and relaxed evenings back at home. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s room for your group to spread out and unwind. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and you’ll appreciate the in-home washer and dryer for refreshing gear between adventures. Step outside and you’re right by the lifts—no shuttles or long walks required. When you’re off the slopes, enjoy access to community amenities like hot tubs, pools, sauna, and a fitness center, plus convenient garage parking for one vehicle.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
• Bedroom 1: Full-size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and glass walk-in shower; sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: King bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower; sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and smart TV; sleeps 4
• Bathroom 3: Full hall bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Garage parking for 1 vehicle is included. Pick up your parking pass at One Ski Hill Place (1521 Ski Hill Road) by telling the front desk you’re staying at Crystal Peak #7401. Display the pass at all times. The parking garage entrance is on the right side of the building; park anywhere. The second elevator brings you closest to the unit. Vehicles without a pass may be booted by building management. Please return the parking pass at departure to avoid a $50 replacement charge.
• Elevators: Building elevators are available; the second elevator is closest to the unit. If an elevator is unavailable, stairs may be required.
• Community amenities: Fitness center, hot tubs, sauna, and indoor/outdoor pools are shared amenities and may be subject to building schedules or seasonal availability.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Events: Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
