This home was great. Simple and clean with everything you could need for a stay. Beautiful secluded location with great views and less than a 10 minute drive from the HITS horse show.

Highly recommended location

Very nice location, beautiful views of the Hudson river . Modern house, clean and good amenities. Owner was responsive to any question we had. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

Perfect!

Place was great! Nice and SO QUIET, a welcome respite after busy days with lots of people. We enjoyed the view, and all the wildlife that visited too! Beds were comfy and everything we needed was available. Owner also had super helpful notes in the check-in process so we didnt struggle at all to find the place or get the door open!☺️

The location was perfect for our needs, the view was phenomenal and Anthony was a great host. We came up for a wedding and he even provided us with wine and coffee upon checkin! Such a nice surprise. The space was clean, really well decorated and the beds were comfy. I booked here because I was baking 700 cookies for my friend’s wedding, and the kitchen was the perfect setup for this. Plenty of counter space, nice big fridge and oven. And in between baking, it was lovely to sit outside with this view!

Fall colors on the Hudson River

We had a fabulous time at the guest house, which is conveniently located on the Hudson River. The fall foliage was spectacular, and the host was very helpful with recommendations of tour options. The house was immaculate, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. This was our first trip to the Hudson River, but not our last.

We really enjoyed our visit at this home. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Love the view of the Hudson River from the back deck. The home had everything you need. The owner greeted us with a nice surprise on our arrival. No complaints. All was great!!!

Mystery Weekend

I took my husband on a mystery weekend to upstate NY and arranged to have our friends from Ithaca meet us in Clementon. We loved the house. Found it welcoming and easy to manage - beautiful and clean. We went to OPUS 40 and did some other exploring in the area and enjoyed relaxing in the house and reconnecting with our friends.

Perfectly described property!

Anthony was responsive, the property was exactly as described and the place was clean, tidy, and perfect for our needs. We had difficulty getting the TV to work and he was so responsive and kind ! Would come back again for sure! Many many thank you's to him! The checkout was also easy !!

The property was very clean and well maintained.

The house had everything we needed for our quick gateway. Kitchen was fully equipped, linens and towels were provided which was a big plus. Both bathrooms had hand soap, body wash and shampoo so we didn’t have to drag all of our stuff from home. The owner left a bottle of wine, coffee and a welcome note with his contact information, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Great place for nature lovers: see WIld Turkeys, Eagles, Bunny Rabbits, & Deer. The River offers views of majestic Cargo Ships and Passenger Trains going North and South. There are no cars or billboards or people walking by our house so you can truly relax.
