The Bosville stable

Hiking and cycling opportunities (50km greenway trail 2 minutes away), equestrian center nearby. Farmhouse with a living room and kitchen (40m²), upstairs, a bathroom and toilet, and 3 bedrooms. Renovated farmhouse with spacious rooms on one hectare. Half a plot of land. A 300m² house divided into 2 parts: a gîte (vacation rental) and a private section, each with its own separate entrance. The 130m² gîte is located to the right of the house. On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room (40m²), a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms, a library area, a bathroom and a toilet. A rural setting with horses, chickens, ducks, our 2 cats and 1 dog. Heating supplement in winter. Supplement of €15 per night / person beyond 6 people
