Cozy cottage in the Dorset Hollow. Mountain views, patio & stream. Pet friendly!

Located in the coveted Dorset Hollow. Renovated schoolhouse with high ceilings in the living, dining and guest room areas. Cozy master bedroom. The master and guest rooms have views of the babbling brook and patio area. Both bedrooms have window blinds. The cottage has mountain views with a popular 5 mile door to door loop walk which includes the Lower Hollow and the Upper Hollow. Turn left out the front door and return from the right, just follow the country gravel road and keep left or visa versa.

Loved our stay so much that we have already rebooked for the Fall. Comfortable, clean, and even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Great location, with easy access to Dorset and Manchester.

Peaceful stay in Dorset VT

My daughter, girlfriend and pup had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed sitting outside. Rebecca answered any questions and even left us snacks for our stay! Thank you Rebecca! I would like to come again sometime in the future!

Ski weekend

We were pleasantly surprised! This place was excellent for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). My wife left me in charge of picking a place, so I was worried if it wasn’t as great as it looked, I would be sleeping in the car… We all loved how cozy it was and it was convenient to Bromley Mountain. We recommend.

Dorset VT cozy cottage

Our 2nd stay here at the cottage. As wonderful as the last time. Very clean and cozy! Rebecca has thought of everything you could possibly need in a VRBO! Enjoyed staying with our dog Cooper once again. Not far from Manchester center, Arlington or the NY border. We will definitely be back. Thanks Rebecca for the special treats as well.

We've stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years, but this cottage was the cleanest EVER! Everything was so comfortable--we appreciated the upholstered furniture and good lighting in the living room, and the bed was super comfortable with extra fluffy pillows and duvet. The kitchen was well-stocked with all manner of dishes and pots and pans--we loved sitting on the porch at night, eating popsicles while watching the moon rise. Very quiet neighborhood in a picturesque, country setting. The babbling brook pictured on the profile was not accessible or easy to walk to, but for us, this was not a disappointment...communication with Rebecca was excellent and prompt...we would stay here again!

Quaint cottage in Dorset VT

This cottage was everything we expected. It was very clean, dog friendly, well equipped with everything we needed for a four day weekend. Would be lovely in the Spring or Summer to sit outside and just listen to the stream running thru the back and side of the cottage. Even though it poured all weekend, it was the peace and quiet we needed. We opted to stay another day and communication with Rebecca was top notch. We would not hesitate to stay here again with our dog Cooper. Thanks for a great stay Rebecca and the goodies you left us.

Home away from home

FROM THE MOMENT WE PULLED IN TO DRIVEWAY WE KNEW WE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. THE HOME WAS IMMACULATE. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY WITH THE LITTLE DETAILS..WATER BOTTLES IN THE FRIDGE, ORGANIC SHAMPOO, CONDITIONERS AND BODY WASH, SALSA AND CHIPS, BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS, LUSH BEDDING AND I GO ON. REBECCA WAS A THOUGHTFUL AND CONSCIENTIOUS HOST. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING AND BEAUTIFUL RETREAT, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Very clean with shelves filled with many books puzzles and games. Beautiful outdoor scenic view with the nearby babbling brook that made it serene and beautiful to see and hear. Enjoyed it all! Thank you for the accommodations!
