20m from the beach, ideal house for one or two families wanting to spend a good holiday by the sea. The Ile d'Aix is a small island without cars. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.

It is a family home shared between Marie, Jacques and Bernard, brothers and sister, and their flock of children. It is full of charm and life, but above all not a luxury hotel or a rental worthy of a decoration magazine. Simple, renovated upstairs, to be renovated on the first floor. Don't be surprised to see folk spiders (we protect them because of their many virtues), as well as products in the cupboards. It is with pleasure that you can help yourself. We rent without sheets or towels (possibility to rent them on the island).
You will also find a stove that will heat only with 30 cm logs, to be bought on the mainland or at the village grocery store.

The island of Aix is an isolated place, which is a delight for those who want to escape the frenzy of our lives, but where everything can get complicated; find craftsmen, maintenance workers... Thank you for your flexibility and for informing us as soon as you arrive of any problem (broken bulb, dirt, etc.). We will be able to organize ourselves accordingly and involve our contacts.
