The open living area features a large foyer, comfy sectional sofa and two reclining chairs for ample seating, as well as a large flat screen TV (all TV's are equipped for streaming!) and oversized windows showcasing the private, wooded view. Sliding doors lead out to the private screened-in porch, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a good book. A powder room is located off of the foyer for your convenience and comfort.

The stunning kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and updated cabinetry. You will have everything you need to feel right at home in the kitchen, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as dishware and cookware. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor and each has its own full bathroom - perfect for families or multiple couples vacationing together. The condo comfortably sleeps 8.

BR 1: The primary bedroom is spacious, featuring a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and a dual vanity.

BR2: The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a balcony overlooking the complex. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and granite-top vanity.

BR 3: The third bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony shared by the queen bedroom. The ensuite bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination.

Laundry: Large capacity washer and dryer are located on the second floor in the hallway for your convenience.

Amenities: The on-site pool, with bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs, is open April-October. Walk across the street to enjoy free pickle ball and tennis, enjoy miles of leisure trails or bike to local shops and restaurants. The owner of the property has supplied 4 beach chairs, 4 pickleball paddles, and tennis rackets for guest use. (Items may vary upon arrival.)

Parking: Parking is conveniently located in front of the building; car passes are required. Please indicate how many car passes you will need when booking your stay and keep in mind that each car pass is $35 plus tax for the duration of your visit. 2 Car Passes Max.

Pets: We welcome well behaved furry friends! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Guests of Golfmaster 305 Shipyard rentals are offered the best of outdoor amenities, including a complex pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Leisure trails that span the Shipyard community will lead you down to the Shipyard Beach Club and the Shipyard beach access.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
